คือ การส่องกล้องแบบสายอ่อน ผ่านท่อปัสสาวะ
เพื่อดูภายใน ท่อปัสสาวะ ต่อมลูกหมาก และกระเพาะปัสสาวะ เหมาะกับการตรวจวินิจฉัยปัญหาเกี่ยวกับระบบทางเดินปัสสาวะส่วนล่าง

⚙️ ขั้นตอนการทำ
1. ผู้ป่วยนอนหงาย หรือท่านั่งเอนขาขึ้นเล็กน้อย
2. ทำความสะอาดปลอดเชื้อ
3. ใช้เจลยาชาในท่อปัสสาวะ
4. ใส่กล้องสายอ่อนผ่านท่อปัสสาวะเข้าสู่กระเพาะปัสสาวะ
5. แพทย์ตรวจดูภาพจากจอแบบ real-time
6. ใช้เวลาประมาณ 5–10 นาที
⚠️ ภาวะแทรกซ้อนที่อาจพบ
• แสบขัดเวลาปัสสาวะ 1–2 วัน
• ปัสสาวะมีเลือดปนเล็กน้อย
• ติดเชื้อทางเดินปัสสาวะ (พบไม่บ่อย)
• ปวดท้องน้อยเล็กน้อย

is a procedure using a thin, flexible scope inserted through the urethra to view the urethra, prostate (in men), and bladder.
It helps diagnose lower urinary tract problems.

⚙️ Procedure Steps
1. Patient lies on their back or in a slightly reclined position with legs raised.
2. The ge***al area is cleaned.
3. Local anesthetic gel is instilled into the urethra.
4. The flexible scope is inserted into the urethra and advanced into the bladder.
5. The doctor examines images in real-time on a monitor.
6. Procedure takes about 5–10 minutes.
