How long should treatment really be?

Why 30, 60, and 90 days each serve a different purpose in recovery. 30 days can absolutely work, but it takes a solid aftercare and relapse prevention plan to carry that momentum forward. Recovery rates start climbing significantly around the 60-day mark, and longer stays open up space for deeper work, like trauma therapy, that simply can't be rushed. At the end of the day, recovery isn't just about staying sober. It's about building a life you don't need to escape from. 🎬
