Before the massage, the client said he had severe pain in his right shoulder; even lifting a 2-kilogram dumbbell caused him significant pain. So, before the massage, I had him try lifting a 6-kilogram kettlebell. He said he felt pain in his deltoid arthritis, the tendons in his shoulder joint, and his biceps brachii long head muscle.

After a two-hour massage that included herbal treatments, he felt much better and was able to lift a 6-kilogram kettlebell without pain.
