ในโอกาสได้รับเกียรติให้ดำรงตำแหน่ง Conference Chair ของงาน 2026 World Conference on Lung Cancer (WCLC 2026) ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 12–15 กันยายน 2569 ณ กรุงโซล สาธารณรัฐเกาหลี

งาน WCLC เป็นการประชุมวิชาการระดับนานาชาติด้านมะเร็งปอดที่สำคัญ จัดโดย International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer (IASLC) โดย รศ.ดร.พญ. จิราภรณ์ เสตกรณุกูล ได้รับเกียรติเป็นหนึ่งใน Conference Chairs ร่วมกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากสาธารณรัฐเกาหลี จีน และญี่ปุ่น

The Division of Radiation Oncology, Siriraj Hospital, proudly announces the launch of Halcyon Version 5 with IDENTIFY and PerfectKinetix, marking the first installation of its kind in Thailand and Asia.

This advanced platform integrates high-precision patient positioning and monitoring technologies, further enhancing accuracy, safety, and confidence throughout the radiation therapy workflow.

On this occasion, the Division of Radiation Oncology also signed a research collaboration agreement with Siemens Healthineers, establishing a partnership to advance research, innovation, and the development of next-generation radiation therapy technologies.

🌏 IAEA Regional Training Course on Advanced Brachytherapy

ระหว่างวันที่ 17–21 สิงหาคม 2569 สาขารังสีรักษา คณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล ได้มีโอกาสเป็นเจ้าภาพจัด IAEA Regional Training Course on Advanced Brachytherapy หลักสูตรอบรมระดับภูมิภาคด้านการรักษาด้วยรังสีระยะใกล้ขั้นสูง (Advanced Brachytherapy)

การอบรมครั้งนี้เป็นเวทีสำคัญสำหรับการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ ประสบการณ์ และแนวทางการรักษาด้วยเทคนิค brachytherapy ระหว่างผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมจากประเทศต่าง ๆ ในภูมิภาค โดยตลอดทั้งสัปดาห์เต็มไปด้วยการเรียนรู้ การแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น และมิตรภาพทางวิชาการที่น่าประทับใจ

From 17–21 August 2026, the Division of Radiation Oncology, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, had the great pleasure of hosting the IAEA Regional Training Course on Advanced Brachytherapy.

The five-day course provided a valuable platform for participants and experts from across the region to exchange knowledge, share experiences, and discuss advances in modern brachytherapy. Throughout the week, the course was filled with engaging academic discussions, hands-on learning, and meaningful professional connections.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to all participants, faculty members, and invited experts for their active participation and contributions. We hope that the knowledge and experience gained during the course will be further applied to advance brachytherapy practice and improve patient care across the region.

Finally, our heartfelt thanks go to the Siriraj Brachytherapy Center, the entire Siriraj brachytherapy team, and everyone involved behind the scenes for their dedication and tremendous effort in making this course a success.

It was a privilege to welcome you to Siriraj, and we look forward to meeting and learning together again in the future. 💙

Siriraj Hospital is proud to welcome radiation oncologists and medical physicists from across the region to Bangkok for the IAEA Regional Training Course on Advanced Brachytherapy, running from 17–21 August 2026.

The opening session this morning at the Roj Suwansutthi Conference Room was led by Assoc. Prof. Pittaya Dankulchai, kicking off a full five-day program dedicated to advancing 3D Image-Guided Adaptive Brachytherapy (3D-IGABT) for gynecological malignancies.

A warm welcome to all our international delegates and local faculty—we look forward to a week of shared expertise, practical learning, and meaningful regional collaboration!
