มีเป้าหมายในการมุ่งเน้นการดำเนินการสนับสนุน การสอน ความรู้ นวัตกรรม งานวิจัย และเสริมสร้างการสื่อสารระหว่างศัลยแพทย์ทั้งในประเทศไทย ภูมิภาคเอเซีย และระดับนานานชาติ เพื่อประโยชน์ต่อท่านสมาชิกสมาคมฯ และศัลยแพทย์ทุกท่าน ในการพัฒนาความรู้ทางศัลยศาสตร์ ให้ทันยุคทันสมัย นำไปสู่ประโยชน์ต่อผู้ป่วย และประเทศชาติ
