The Closing Ceremony marked a celebratory conclusion to an inspiring and knowledge-packed conference, highlighting collaboration, achievement, and the future of HTA in Asia.
Highlights of the Ceremony
Appreciation Speech
- Delivered by Professor Benjamin Ong, President of the HTAsiaLink Board of Directors, recognizing the collective effort of organizers, participants, and partners across Asia.
- Early Career Research Programme
Introduction by Prof. Sitanshu Sekhar Kar, spotlighting the next generation of HTA researchers. After that the reflections shared by Dr. Neha Purohit, providing insights into her personal journey and the value of the programme in shaping young professionals in the field.
🏆 Prize Presentation
A proud moment for the MUHTA programme, with two of our students receiving awards for their poster presentations:
Panida Yoopetch – 2nd Prize in Economic Evaluation
Isah Abdulmalik Ozovehe – 2nd Prize in Health Services Research

Closing Address
