❌ In this case, the patient had uneven eyebrows, brow ptosis (drooping brows), and poorly defined double eyelids, despite having undergone double eyelid surgery previously. In some cases, these concerns are not caused solely by excess eyelid skin but may also be associated with low brow and forehead positioning. As the brows descend, the upper eyelid skin can be pulled downward, covering the existing eyelid crease and making the double eyelid appear hidden or less defined. Therefore, revision double eyelid surgery alone may not address the underlying cause in certain patients.

🧑‍⚕️ After a thorough evaluation, the treatment plan for this case was Endoscopic Brow Lift, performed through five small incisions hidden within the scalp.

✅ Following the procedure, the eyebrows were repositioned to a more balanced and natural-looking height. This helped reduce the downward tension on the upper eyelids, allowing the existing eyelid crease to become more visible.
