กองทุนประชากรแห่งสหประชาชาติประจำประเทศไทย (UNFPA Thailand) เป็นหนึ่งในหน่วยงานของสหประชาชาติที่ทำงานในประเทศไทยมานานกว่า 40 ปี ให้การสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมสิทธิของประชากรโดยไม่แยกหญิงชาย เด็กหรือผู้ใหญ่ เพื่อให้ประชากรมีความสุขจากการมีชีวิตที่สมบูรณ์และโอกาสที่เท่าเทียม

หารือแนวทางความร่วมมือเพื่อเสริมสร้างข้อมูลด้านสุขภาวะของผู้หญิงในประเทศไทย

กองทุนประชากรแห่งสหประชาชาติ (UNFPA) ประจำประเทศไทย เข้าพบผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.รักชนก คชานุบาล คณบดีวิทยาลัยประชากรศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อหารือเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับแนวทางความร่วมมือด้านวิชาการและเทคนิคที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสุขภาวะ ความปลอดภัย และประสบการณ์ชีวิตของผู้หญิงในประเทศไทย

การหารือครั้งนี้เป็นโอกาสในการแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองเกี่ยวกับทิศทางที่เป็นไปได้ ขอบเขตความร่วมมือ และแนวทางดำเนินงานในระยะต่อไป โดยทั้งสองฝ่ายให้ความสำคัญกับบริบทของประเทศไทย หลักจริยธรรม ตลอดจนความปลอดภัย ความเป็นส่วนตัว และศักดิ์ศรีของผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Exploring collaboration to strengthen evidence for women’s well-being in Thailand

UNFPA Thailand met with Assistant Professor Dr Rukchanok Karcharnubarn, Dean of the College of Population Studies, Chulalongkorn University, for an initial discussion on potential academic and technical collaboration related to women’s health, safety and life experiences in Thailand.

The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange perspectives on possible directions, areas of collaboration and next steps. Both parties emphasized the importance of developing any future initiative with careful attention to Thailand’s context, ethical considerations and the safety, privacy and dignity of all those involved.

UNFPA Thailand looks forward to continued dialogue with relevant partners to strengthen evidence-informed policies and programmes for women and girls.

เสริมพลังเยาวชนกรุงเทพฯ : กทม. ร่วมกับ UNFPA ขับเคลื่อนเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ ขยายโอกาสการเข้าถึงสุขภาวะทางเพศในสถานศึกษาและสถานประกอบการ

วันที่ 1 กันยายน 2569 — กองทุนประชากรแห่งสหประชาชาติ (UNFPA) ประจำประเทศไทย ร่วมกับ กรุงเทพมหานคร (กทม.) เดินหน้ายกระดับสิทธิสุขภาวะทางเพศและอนามัยการเจริญพันธุ์ (SRHR) สำหรับเยาวชนทั้งในสถานศึกษาและสถานประกอบการทั่วกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยมี คุณรัตนพร พวงพัฒน์ เจ้าหน้าที่วิเคราะห์แผนงานด้านสิทธิสุขภาพทางเพศและอนามัยการเจริญพันธุ์ UNFPA ประเทศไทย เข้าร่วมการประชุมคณะอนุกรรมการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาการตั้งครรภ์ในวัยรุ่นกรุงเทพมหานคร ครั้งที่ 1/2569 ซึ่งมี พ.ญ. เลิศลักษณ์ ลีลาเรืองแสง รองปลัดกรุงเทพมหานคร เป็นประธาน พร้อมด้วยภาคีเครือข่ายจากหลากหลายภาคส่วน ร่วมกันหารือแนวทางรับมือกับความท้าทายด้านสุขภาพของเยาวชน หลังจากพบแนวโน้มการตั้งครรภ์ในวัยรุ่นช่วงอายุ 10–14 ปี รวมถึงการแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ (STIs) เช่น ซิฟิลิสและหนองใน ในกลุ่มเยาวชนอายุ 15–24 ปี ที่เพิ่มสูงขึ้น ทั้งสองหน่วยงานจึงตกลงเร่งขับเคลื่อนมาตรการเชิงรุกเพื่อลดช่องว่างและให้แน่ใจว่าจะไม่มีเยาวชนคนใดถูกทิ้งไว้ข้างหลัง

การแก้ไขข้อจำกัดในการเข้าถึงกลุ่มวัยทำงานในภาคเอกชนและความร่วมมือครั้งนี้จะขับเคลื่อนผ่านแนวทาง Business Coalition on SRHR and Reproductive Justice ซึ่งมุ่งเน้นการมีส่วนร่วมกับสถานประกอบการที่มีพนักงานตั้งแต่ 50 คนขึ้นไป ในการขยายการเข้าถึงความรู้ด้าน SRHR การสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานที่เอื้อต่อสุขภาวะ และการคุ้มครองสิทธิอนามัยการเจริญพันธุ์ ขณะเดียวกัน ในส่วนของสถานศึกษาสังกัด กทม. UNFPA และ กทม. จะร่วมกันเสริมพลังแกนนำเยาวชนให้ทำหน้าที่เป็นเพื่อนคู่คิด (Peer Companions) ผ่านแนวทาง "One Package" ที่เน้นความต้องการของเยาวชนเป็นศูนย์กลาง เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะชีวิต เชื่อมโยงเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพที่เป็นมิตร และครอบคลุมประเด็นสำคัญ เช่น การป้องกันโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ สุขภาพจิต และการป้องกันการกลั่นแกล้งในโรงเรียน

UNFPA ประเทศไทย ขอยืนยันความมุ่งมั่นในการวางเยาวชนเป็นศูนย์กลาง—โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่เปราะบางและด้อยโอกาส—เพื่อร่วมสร้างทุนมนุษย์และเสริมสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันทางประชากรให้แก่ประเทศไทย ผ่านความร่วมมืออย่างเข้มแข็งระหว่างหน่วยงานภาครัฐ สถานประกอบการ สถานศึกษา และแกนนำเยาวชน UNFPA และ กทม. มุ่งหวังที่จะสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อให้เยาวชนทุกคนในกรุงเทพมหานครสามารถเข้าถึงสิทธิ ได้รับข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง เพื่อการตัดสินใจเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพและอนาคตของตนเองได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเต็มตามศักยภาพ
Empowering Bangkok’s Youth: BMA and UNFPA Mobilize Strategic Expansion of School and Workplace Health Access

1 September 2026 — UNFPA Thailand and the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) are joining forces to advance Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) for young people across the capital’s schools and workplaces. Ms. Rattanaporn Poungpattana, Programme Analyst for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights at UNFPA Thailand, participated alongside key multi-sectoral partners in the 2026 Bangkok Subcommittee on the Prevention and Resolution of Adolescent Pregnancy, chaired by Dr. Lertlak Leelarueangsaeng, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the BMA. Prompted by rising adolescent pregnancy rates among ages 10–14 and an uptick in sexually transmitted infections (STIs) such as syphilis and gonorrhea among youth aged 15–24, both organizations agreed to accelerate proactive measures to ensure no young person is left behind.

To bridge critical implementation gaps—particularly in reaching private sector employees—the partnership will leverage the Business Coalition on SRHR and Reproductive Justice. This initiative engages businesses with 50 or more employees to expand access to SRHR education, foster supportive work environments, and uphold reproductive rights. Concurrently, in BMA-affiliated schools, UNFPA and the BMA will empower youth leaders to serve as peer companions. Utilizing a holistic, people-centered "One Package" approach, these youth advocates will equip their peers with essential life skills, connect them to youth-friendly health services, and address interconnected issues, including STI prevention, mental health, and anti-bullying efforts.

By placing young people at the center—especially vulnerable and marginalized populations—
UNFPA Thailand reaffirms its commitment to strengthening human capital and building demographic resilience nationwide. Through robust cross-sectoral collaboration spanning government agencies, private workplaces, educational institutions, and youth advocates, UNFPA and the BMA strive to create an enabling environment where every young person in Bangkok can exercise their rights, make informed choices about their bodies, and reach their full potential.

UNFPA Thailand ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้กับนักศึกษาสังคมสงเคราะห์ชั้นปีที่ 2 มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ศูนย์ลำปาง ผ่านการบรรยายออนไลน์เกี่ยวกับความเชื่อมโยงระหว่างการทำงานกับบุคคลและครอบครัว ระบบ นโยบาย และสิทธิมนุษยชน

Connecting social work, rights and systems change

UNFPA Thailand joined an online learning session with second-year social work students at Thammasat University, Lampang Center, exploring how social work connects individual and family needs with wider systems, policies and human rights.

The discussion touched on demographic change, ageing, gender-based violence referral pathways, population data, digital innovation and the ethical use of AI, with a focus on how evidence and systems thinking can support more inclusive and sustainable responses.

Thank you to the students and faculty for the thoughtful exchange and active participation.

UNFPA Thailand ร่วมกับภาคีเครือข่ายแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองเพื่อสนับสนุนการขับเคลื่อนนโยบายด้านการสูงวัยของประเทศไทยและอาเซียนให้มีความเชื่อมโยงและอิงหลักฐานมากยิ่งขึ้น

เมื่อวันที่ 28 สิงหาคม 2569 ศูนย์อาเซียนเพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพและคุณค่าสังคมผู้สูงอายุด้วยนวัตกรรม (ACAI) จัดการประชุมระดมความคิดเห็นภายใต้โครงการ “Advancing Active Ageing in ASEAN: Strategy Mapping and Regional Monitoring through the ASEAN Active Ageing Index” ณ จังหวัดนนทบุรี โดย Dr. Somsak Akksilp, ACAI Executive Director กล่าวเปิดการประชุม และ Mr. Suguru Ito, Head of Strategy, Planning and M&E Unit นำเสนอวัตถุประสงค์และกรอบการดำเนินงานของโครงการ

การหารือมุ่งทบทวนภูมิทัศน์นโยบายด้านผู้สูงอายุของไทย ระบุช่องว่างและปัจจัยเอื้อต่อการขับเคลื่อนนโยบาย ตลอดจนพิจารณาความเหมาะสมของ ASEAN Active Ageing Index (AAAI) ในฐานะเครื่องมือสำหรับติดตามความก้าวหน้าและสนับสนุนการกำหนดนโยบายที่อิงหลักฐาน โดยดัชนีดังกล่าวครอบคลุม 62 ตัวชี้วัดใน 6 มิติ ตั้งแต่นโยบายและข้อมูล ความมั่นคงด้านรายได้ สุขภาพและคุณภาพชีวิต ทุนทางสังคม สภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการสูงวัย ไปจนถึงการเข้าถึงเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล

สำหรับ UNFPA Thailand การหารือครั้งนี้สอดคล้องอย่างใกล้ชิดกับการทำงานด้านความยืดหยุ่นทางประชากร และการสูงวัยโดยใช้แนวทางตลอดช่วงชีวิต ขณะที่ประเทศไทยกำลังเผชิญทั้งสังคมสูงวัยอย่างรวดเร็วและภาวะเจริญพันธุ์ต่ำ การใช้ข้อมูลเชิงลึกด้านประชากร ระบบการดูแลที่ยั่งยืน และนโยบายที่คุ้มครองสิทธิและทางเลือกของประชาชนทุกช่วงวัย จะมีความสำคัญมากยิ่งขึ้น

ข้อเสนอจากประเทศไทยจะถูกนำไปประกอบการจัดทำข้อเสนอแนะระดับประเทศและการสังเคราะห์ในระดับอาเซียน เพื่อช่วยเปลี่ยนข้อมูลและหลักฐานให้เป็นแนวทางเชิงนโยบายที่นำไปปฏิบัติได้จริงสำหรับสังคมสูงวัยในภูมิภาค
From evidence to action: strengthening active ageing policy for Thailand and ASEAN

UNFPA Thailand joined partners in advancing a more evidence-based and coordinated approach to active ageing in Thailand and across ASEAN.

On 28 August 2026, the ASEAN Centre for Active Ageing and Innovation (ACAI) convened a Focus Group Discussion under the regional initiative “Advancing Active Ageing in ASEAN: Strategy Mapping and Regional Monitoring through the ASEAN Active Ageing Index” at ACAI in Nonthaburi. The session was opened by Dr. Somsak Akksilp, ACAI Executive Director, followed by an introduction to the initiative by Mr. Suguru Ito, Head of Strategy, Planning and M&E Unit.

The consultation brought together stakeholders to examine Thailand’s ageing policy landscape, identify implementation gaps and enabling factors, and assess whether the proposed ASEAN Active Ageing Index (AAAI) can provide a practical tool for monitoring progress and informing policy. The AAAI currently brings together 62 indicators across six domains, covering policy and statistics, income and livelihood security, health and quality of life, social capital, enabling environments and digital inclusion.

For UNFPA Thailand, this discussion is closely aligned with our work on demographic resilience and a life-course approach to ageing. As Thailand responds to rapid population ageing and low fertility, stronger demographic intelligence, better use of data, sustainable care systems and policies that protect rights and choices throughout life will be increasingly important.
The consultation also highlighted the value of regional cooperation in transforming evidence into practical national action. Thailand’s inputs will contribute to the country assessment and wider ASEAN synthesis, helping strengthen a shared regional roadmap for active and healthy ageing.

เมื่อวันที่ 28 สิงหาคม 2569 กระทรวงการพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ (พม.) ร่วมกับคณะกรรมการโอลิมปิคแห่งประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ จัดโครงการอบรม Safeguarding in Sports : From Policy to Practice การคุ้มครองและสร้างความปลอดภัยในกีฬา “จากนโยบาย สู่การปฏิบัติ” ประจำปี 2569 ณ โรงแรมเดอะแกรนด์ โฟร์วิงส์ คอนเวนชั่น กรุงเทพฯ

Promoting Gender Equality and Ending Violence: Driving Thai Sports Toward Safe Spaces with Global Standards

On August 28, 2026, the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security (MSDHS), in collaboration with the National Olympic Committee of Thailand under the Royal Patronage, hosted the training workshop "Safeguarding in Sports: From Policy to Practice" 2026 at The Grand Fourwings Convention Hotel, Bangkok.

The event was presided over by Mr. Nikorn Somklang, Minister of Social Development and Human Security, alongside Asst. Prof. Pimon Srivikorn, President of the National Olympic Committee of Thailand, Dr. Suwanna Silpa-archa, Vice President of the National Olympic Committee of Thailand, and Mrs. Tuenjai Khongsombat, Deputy Permanent Secretary of MSDHS, together with executive officials and key stakeholders who gathered to reaffirm their commitment to creating safer environments in sports.

In addition, Ms. Siriluck Chiengwong, Head of UNFPA Thailand, presented as a guest speaker to foster understanding and present international standards on gender equality and ending violence. She highlighted UNFPA's core mission to protect human rights, promote gender equality, and safeguard all individuals. She also emphasized building upon strategic partnerships, referencing the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) previously signed between UNFPA and the National Olympic Committee of Thailand to drive sports safety initiatives into concrete action.

Moving forward, UNFPA Thailand remains steadfast in advancing and expanding its vital mission—promoting equality, preventing abuse, and eliminating all forms of violence—to help build a sustainable sporting environment rooted in safety and human dignity for everyone. 🤝💙

จากการมีส่วนร่วมสู่การเสริมพลัง: ขับเคลื่อนสิทธิ ทางเลือก และนโยบายที่ทุกคนเข้าถึงได้สำหรับคนพิการ

เมื่อวันที่ 26–27 สิงหาคม 2569 คณะกรรมาธิการการสวัสดิการสังคม สภาผู้แทนราษฎร จัดงาน “Thailand Disability Forum: ออกแบบอนาคตที่ทุกคนเข้าถึงได้” ณ อาคารรัฐสภา กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยเปิดพื้นที่ให้คนพิการ ภาคประชาสังคม สมาชิกรัฐสภา และภาคีที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ มุมมอง และข้อเสนอ เพื่อให้เสียงและประสบการณ์จริงของคนพิการมีส่วนในการกำหนดนโยบายที่นำไปสู่สังคมที่เสมอภาค ครอบคลุม และทุกคนสามารถเข้าถึงได้

ภายในพื้นที่จัดนิทรรศการของงาน UNFPA ประจำประเทศไทยได้ร่วมจัดแสดง SoSafe ในฐานะตัวอย่างของนวัตกรรมดิจิทัลที่คำนึงถึงความครอบคลุมและการเข้าถึงของทุกคน SoSafe ได้รับการออกแบบเพื่อส่งเสริมการเข้าถึงข้อมูลด้านสิทธิ และเป็นช่องทางที่ปลอดภัยและเข้าถึงได้สำหรับคนทุกวัย ทุกเพศ และทุกความสามารถ รวมถึงคนพิการ ในการแจ้งข้อกังวลและเชื่อมต่อกับความช่วยเหลือที่เกี่ยวข้อง UNFPA การส่งเสริมความครอบคลุมของคนพิการมีรากฐานสำคัญอยู่ที่ สิทธิ ศักดิ์ศรี ความเป็นอิสระเหนือเนื้อตัวร่างกาย และเสรีภาพในการตัดสินใจเลือก คนพิการไม่ควรถูกมองเพียงในฐานะผู้รับบริการ แต่คือ ผู้ทรงสิทธิและหุ้นส่วนสำคัญในการร่วมกำหนดนโยบาย ระบบ และบริการที่ส่งผลต่อชีวิตของตนเอง เสียง ประสบการณ์ และความต้องการของคนพิการจึงต้องได้รับการรับฟังและสะท้อนอย่างมีความหมายในกระบวนการกำหนดนโยบาย

UNFPA ประจำประเทศไทยยังคงมุ่งมั่นที่จะ ขยายพื้นที่และเสริมพลังให้คนพิการมีส่วนร่วมอย่างมีความหมาย พร้อมผลักดันให้ประสบการณ์จริงและหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ถูกนำไปใช้ในการพัฒนานโยบายตั้งแต่ระดับต้นน้ำ ผ่านการให้คำปรึกษาเชิงนโยบาย การสนับสนุนทางวิชาการ การสร้างความร่วมมือกับภาคี และการใช้นวัตกรรมดิจิทัลที่ทุกคนเข้าถึงได้ เพื่อสนับสนุนหลักการออกแบบเพื่อคนทั้งมวล (Universal Design) เสริมสร้างระบบและบริการที่ตอบสนองต่อความหลากหลาย และลดอุปสรรคในการเข้าถึงข้อมูลและบริการที่จำเป็น รวมถึงสิทธิและบริการด้านสุขภาพทางเพศและอนามัยการเจริญพันธุ์
From Inclusion to Empowerment: Advancing Rights, Choices and Accessible Policies for Persons with Disabilities

On 26–27 August 2026, the Committee on Social Welfare, House of Representatives, convened the “Thailand Disability Forum: Designing an Accessible Future for All” at the Parliament Building in Bangkok. Bringing together persons with disabilities, civil society representatives, parliamentarians and partners, the Forum created an important platform for lived experiences and diverse perspectives to inform policy discussions towards a more inclusive, accessible and equitable society.

As part of the exhibition held alongside the Forum, UNFPA Thailand showcased SoSafe as an example of inclusive digital innovation. SoSafe is designed to expand access to information on rights and provide safe and accessible channels for people of different ages, genders and abilities—including persons with disabilities—to raise concerns and connect with relevant support. For UNFPA, disability inclusion is fundamentally about rights, dignity, bodily autonomy and choice. Persons with disabilities must not only be recipients of services, but rights-holders and active partners in shaping the policies, systems and services that affect their lives. Their voices, experiences and priorities are essential to building policies that respond to diverse needs and leave no one behind.

UNFPA Thailand remains committed to amplifying the voices and participation of persons with disabilities and translating lived experiences and evidence into upstream policy action. Through evidence-informed policy advice, technical assistance, partnerships and inclusive digital innovation, UNFPA will continue working with national partners to advance Universal Design, strengthen accessible and responsive systems, and help remove barriers that limit access to information and essential services—including sexual and reproductive health and rights.

การสร้างเสริมความพร้อมรับมือทางประชากรศาสตร์ผ่านความร่วมมือและหุ้นส่วนยุทธศาสตร์

วันที่ 25 สิงหาคม 2569 คุณสิริลักษณ์ เชียงว่อง หัวหน้าสำนักงาน UNFPA ประเทศไทย พร้อมด้วยคณะทีมงาน เข้าเยี่ยมคารวะ H.E. Mr. Puneet Agrawal เอกอัครราชทูตอินเดียประจำประเทศไทย เพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับพันธกิจและแผนยุทธศาสตร์ระดับโลกฉบับใหม่ของ UNFPA พร้อมหารือเกี่ยวกับการเตรียมความพร้อมในการประชุม UNFPA Global Leadership Meeting ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้น ณ กรุงเทพมหานคร ในเดือนตุลาคมนี้

Advancing Demographic Resilience Through Strategic Collaboration and Partnership

On 25 August 2026, Ms. Siriluck Chiengwong, Head of Office, UNFPA Thailand, together with her team, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Puneet Agrawal, Ambassador of India to Thailand, to share updates on UNFPA’s mandate and new global Strategic Plan, as well as to discuss preparations for the upcoming UNFPA Global Leadership Meeting, scheduled to take place in Bangkok this October.

UNFPA Thailand extends its sincere appreciation to H.E. the Ambassador and the Embassy of India for the warm welcome and constructive discussion.

This meeting marks a vital step toward fostering concrete bilateral collaboration. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to exchanging knowledge, best practices, and innovative policy solutions aimed at strengthening demographic resilience and empowering individuals across all life stages, ultimately advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) together.

ผสานพลังร่วมสร้างนวัตกรรมสังคม: UNFPA ร่วมเปิดบูธนิทรรศการพร้อมขึ้นเวทีเสวนาในงาน SDX 2026 ขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาต้นทุนมนุษย์และการออกแบบเพื่อทุกคน

🔸Strengthening Social Partnerships for Human Capital Development towards Sustainable National Development: มุ่งเน้นการเสริมสร้างภาคีเครือข่ายเพื่อพัฒนาต้นทุนมนุษย์สู่การพัฒนาประเทศอย่างยั่งยืน

การพัฒนาทุนมนุษย์อย่างยั่งยืนจำเป็นต้องมองตลอดช่วงชีวิต หรือ Life-Cycle Approach ตั้งแต่เกิดจนถึงวัยสูงอายุ โดยเฉพาะในช่วงเวลาที่ประเทศไทยกำลังเผชิญกับความท้าทายด้านประชากร ทั้งการเข้าสู่สังคมสูงวัยอย่างรวดเร็วและอัตราการเกิดที่ลดลงอย่างต่อเนื่อง

การเสวนายังเน้นถึงความจำเป็นของการก้าวข้ามการทำงานแบบแยกส่วน เพื่อรับมือกับ ความเปราะบางที่ทับซ้อนกัน ซึ่งปัญหาด้านสุขภาพ เศรษฐกิจ ความปลอดภัย และความรุนแรงอาจเกิดขึ้นพร้อมกันในชีวิตของบุคคล เช่น ผู้สูงอายุ ผู้พิการ หรือผู้หญิงที่เผชิญความรุนแรง

UNFPA ได้แลกเปลี่ยนแนวทางการทำงานร่วมกับกรมส่งเสริมและพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตคนพิการ เพื่อส่งเสริมการเข้าถึงบริการอย่างครอบคลุม ผ่านการพัฒนาและประยุกต์ใช้แพลตฟอร์ม SoSafe สำหรับการคัดกรอง การส่งต่อ และการติดตามการช่วยเหลืออย่างเป็นระบบ รวมถึงการเสริมสร้างศูนย์บริการคนพิการให้เป็นจุดเชื่อมโยงบริการแบบบูรณาการในระดับพื้นที่

การสร้างสังคมเพื่อทุกคนยังต้องอาศัยการมองเห็นความเปราะบางที่ทับซ้อนกัน และการพัฒนาบริการตลอดช่วงชีวิต เพื่อให้ผู้สูงอายุ ผู้พิการ และกลุ่มที่เผชิญกับความเปราะบางหลายมิติ สามารถเข้าถึงการสนับสนุนที่เหมาะสม

UNFPA ประเทศไทย มุ่งมั่นเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้ นวัตกรรมทางสังคม และแนวทางใหม่ๆ สู่การปฏิบัติจริงในระดับพื้นที่ผ่านการนำเสนอในมหกรรมฯครั้งนี้ จะสามารถต่อยอดเป็นนโยบายเชิงระบบที่ตอบโจทย์คนทุกกลุ่ม ทุกเพศ และทุกวัยอย่างยั่งยืน

Strengthening Partnerships for Social Innovation: UNFPA Drives Human Capital Development, Inclusive Spaces & Interactive Exhibition at SDX 2026

The Social Development Expo 2026 (SDX 2026) organized by the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security (MSDHS) at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, UNFPA Thailand hosted an exhibition booth that drew enthusiastic interest from numerous participants who joined engaging, interactive activities hosted by the UNFPA team. Alongside the exhibition, UNFPA shared strategic perspectives to foster an equitable society under the theme "Co-Creating a Better Society: Building a Thai Society for All Ages Together."

Mrs. Patsalin Reephrom Milner , Programme Analyst on Gender-Based Violence at UNFPA Thailand, joined as a speaker across two key panel discussions:

🔸Strengthening Social Partnerships for Human Capital Development towards Sustainable National Development: Focusing on strengthening partnerships to build human capital for sustainable national development.

Sustainable human capital development requires a Life-Cycle Approach that supports people from birth through old age. This is particularly important as Thailand faces major demographic challenges, including rapid population ageing alongside declining fertility rates.

The discussion highlighted the need to move beyond fragmented approaches to address overlapping vulnerabilities, where health, economic and security risks may intersect in people’s lives. Older persons, persons with disabilities and women experiencing violence, for example, may face multiple and interconnected challenges that cannot be addressed in isolation.

UNFPA emphasized the importance of stronger institutional coordination, integrated data and tangible mechanisms for action. This includes cross-department collaboration, digital innovation such as the SoSafe platform, and broader partnerships with the private sector, civil society and other stakeholders to build more responsive and resilient support systems.

🔸Understanding Disability through Empathy – Creating Universal Design (UD) for All: Exchanging concepts on creating accessible environments and inclusive social systems for everyone.

Building an inclusive society goes beyond the design of physical spaces. It also means designing services, policies and social systems that recognize and respond to the diverse needs of all people.

UNFPA shared its collaboration with the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities to strengthen inclusive access through the development and application of the SoSafe platform for systematic screening, referral and follow-up. The partnership also aims to strengthen disability service centres as integrated referral hubs at the local level.

The discussion further highlighted the importance of recognizing overlapping vulnerabilities and adopting life-course approaches so that older persons, persons with disabilities and other vulnerable groups can access the support they need.
UNFPA Thailand remains committed to bridging knowledge, social innovations, and new approaches into real local practices. Through insights showcased at this expo, these efforts aim to inform systemic policy solutions that serve people of all groups, genders, and ages sustainably.
