This month’s Full Moon is a powerful Lunar Eclipse in Pisces, bringing an energy of deep emotional release, heightened intuition, and transformation.

August has already carried powerful energetic shifts, beginning with the 8/8 Lion’s Gate Portal, a time associated with expansion, heightened awareness and intention, followed closely by the Solar Eclipse on 12th August.

Now, the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse on 28th August brings us to the other side of this powerful eclipse cycle, inviting us to integrate what has shifted, release what we are ready to leave behind, and create space for what comes next.

Full Moons illuminate what has been hidden, while Lunar Eclipses can bring things to the surface that are ready to shift, close, or be released. In the intuitive and deeply sensitive energy of Pisces, this is an opportunity to soften our grip on what we can no longer control and listen more deeply to what is happening within us.

This eclipse invites us to release old emotional patterns, expectations, and attachments that may no longer serve us. Rather than pushing forward, the energy asks us to surrender… to trust… and to allow what has been unfolding throughout this powerful month to settle and integrate.

Through sound, vibration, and presence, I will create a grounded space for the nervous system to soften, emotions to move, and the body to release what it is ready to let go of.

With a deeply full and grateful heart, I had the honour of teaching Reiki Level 1 at the Bhutan Nuns Foundation.

My deepest gratitude to Her Majesty Tshering Yangdon Wangchuck for this extraordinary opportunity, and for entrusting me to be the first to teach within this sacred space. It is a blessing I will carry with me always.

Thank you to Ashi Yeatso Lhamo for being present and supporting this moment, and to Dr Tashi Zangmo, Executive Director of the Bhutan Nuns Foundation, for your care, organisation, and for holding everything so beautifully. Your support made this experience seamless and deeply meaningful.

To all the nuns who joined, it is an honour to welcome you into the Reiki family. May this practice support you gently on your path, bringing balance, clarity, and connection.

Eleven years ago, when I first began my Reiki journey, I shared this practice with Her Majesty. She told me then that one day, I must come and teach the nuns when the time was right. To now be here, fulfilling those words, feels like a true full circle moment… one guided by grace, timing, and something far greater than myself.

I feel deeply honoured. I feel profoundly blessed. And I offer this moment back in gratitude.
