The 5 steps to self-realisation from personal experience.
1) Concentration.
Concentrate your mind (use your breath or an affirmation as the focus).
2) Consciousness.
Awareness of your thoughts, feelings and body sensations as something happening in your space but you are just an observer. Like a tree, still and at peace.
3) Clarity.
As your concentration and consciousness expands, your mind will become clear, alert and find the answers and solutions to all of your challenges. This is wisdom.
4) Coming and going.
At this stage you see clearly that all things are coming and going. Every thought, feeling, breath, experience, life is in transition, held in place by specific conditions. This knowing on a deep level of being heals the heart and soul.
5) Completion.
You realise your true self.
Moksha.
Anata.
Non self.
Merging with the oneness of the universe on a tangible and biological level.
This is not a metaphor.
Pure unbounded cosmic energy is your true self, free from conditioning.
