Finally gave Lagree a try at CARVE HOUSE | LAGREE STUDIO… and it definitely humbled me. Safe to say I felt muscles I didn’t know I had.

July was filled with plenty of delicious meals… and BARTELS Thailand 🇹🇭 is still one of my favourites.

Proving to ourselves we can still stay out all night… with the best company, the best music, and the best memories. ❤️ MVM Entertainment Worldwide 🌍

Somewhere along the way, I became completely obsessed with football… and I loved every single minute of it. ⚽️❤️

July was filled with plenty of padel, lots of laughs, and some of my favourite moments.

Hands down the best pistachio ice cream i've had in Thailand Pista& (พิสต้าแอนด์)

It felt like we’d travelled somewhere new… but we were just playing tourists at home. 3 years later and there's still so much to explore 🇹🇭✨

Making memories, staying active, and spending quality time together… that’s a July highlight I’ll happily keep repeating. 🏓❤️

The difference between mums who feel calm and confident about what they feed their kids versus mums who are constantly overwhelmed, googling "healthy meals for kids" at 9pm going nowhere?

It is not more time. It is not a bigger grocery budget. It is not a list of superfoods your child will refuse to touch.

It is knowing exactly where to make meal upgrades.

The mums who crack this are not overhauling their entire kitchen or cooking two separate meals.

They are just making slightly smarter choices inside the meals their kids already love. Same foods. Same taste. More nutrition.

This is what that looks like in practice 👇🏽

✅ Swapping one ingredient and doubling the nutritional value of a meal your kid already eats every week

✅ Adding fiber, protein and Omega-3s to their day without a single mealtime battle

✅ Knowing that every meal you serve is working harder than it looks, even on the lazy days

➡️Swipe through for 5 upgrades I have been using for years in my own kitchen every single week.

What I wish I knew as a new mum 11 years ago…

Raising a healthy eater is a long game.

And if mealtimes feel like a battle right now, I get it.

😩The negotiating.
😫The “just one bite.”
😭The frustration of making a meal only for it to be ignored.

It’s easy to feel like you’re failing when your child doesn’t eat the way you think they should.

But what if the goal isn’t to get them to eat the broccoli tonight🥦?

What if the goal is to help them build a healthy relationship with food for life?

A child who grows up and chooses balanced meals even when you’re not watching. 👀

A child who learns to trust their own hunger and fullness cues.

A child who knows that all foods can be enjoyed and that food isn’t something to fear.

So yes, there will be nights when the vegetables don’t get touched.

But one meal doesn’t make or break their health.

What matters is the overall pattern and the habits they’re building over time.

Because the goal was never to raise a perfect eater.

The goal was to raise a child who feels confident around food long after they’ve left your dinner table.

I’m curious… what do you find hardest when it comes to feeding your kids? LMK in the comments below ⬇️

You don’t need more willpower.

You need a plan for the moments when you’re tired, busy, and the last person on your own priority list.

Because let’s be honest…

By the time you’ve done the school run, answered everyone’s questions, worked all day, dealt with after-school activities, and finally walked through the door at night, you’re exhausted.

And that’s usually when the snacks come out.
Or the takeout gets ordered and a glass of wine gets poured.
Or you tell yourself, “I’ll be good tomorrow.”

Not because you don’t want it badly enough.

But because you’re trying to make healthy choices in the moment, when your energy and willpower are already gone, instead of making those choices easier beforehand.

Here’s an example how I plan ahead for thise moments.

Every Thursday, I get home with my son after badminton at almost 7pm.

We’re both hungry. I’m tired. So I already have a mental plan that if dinner isn’t already prepped, I will stop at the supermarket next to the badminton court, grab a rotisserie chicken and a bag of pre-washed salad. As soon as I walk through the door, I throw a sweet potato into the air fryer and a balanced dinner is ready.

No cooking from scratch.
No complicated recipe.
No decision-making required.

Because the women who successfully lose weight and keep it off aren’t the women with the most motivation.

They’re the women who stop relying on motivation altogether.

They have simple systems for the nights they’re tired.
The weekends that don’t go to plan.
The dinners out.
The seasons of life when everything feels busy.

And if you’re sitting there thinking, “That sounds great, but I have no idea how to create those systems for myself” … that’s exactly where I come in.

That’s exactly what we work on inside my 1:1 coaching.

Just a realistic approach that fits around your actual life as a busy mum.

Because fat loss gets easier when you stop depending on willpower and start building systems that support you.

DM me “PLAN” and let’s chat about what that could look like for you.
