I had ICL surgery 1 year ago and honestly it was one of the best decision I've made for myself.
😕I had a thin cornea, so LASIK was not the best option for me.
✅After a lot of research and consult with Dr Tarinee, she recommended me to go with ICL (Implantable Collamer Lens).
I was nervous before the surgery, especially about having something implanted inside my eyes, but the actual procedure was much faster and easier than I expected.
The surgery itself was almost painless. I only felt a little pressure and bright lights during the surgery.
✨My vision became noticeably clearer within a few hours, and the next morning I could already see details that I had never been able to see clearly without glasses before. 🤩
😌The recovery period was smoother than I expected.
My eyes felt slightly uncomfortable and sensitive to light for the first few days, but it improved quickly with the prescribed eye drops and rest. There was some halo and glare at night in the beginning, but it gradually became less noticeable over time.
🥳What surprised me the most was the quality of vision. Everything looks sharper, brighter, and more natural compared to wearing glasses or contact lenses.👏

ฉันผ่าตัด ICL มาแล้ว 1 ปี และพูดตามตรงว่านี่เป็นหนึ่งในการตัดสินใจที่ดีที่สุดในชีวิตของตัวเองเลยค่ะ
😕 ด้วยความที่กระจกตาบาง ทำให้ LASIK ไม่ใช่ทางเลือกที่เหมาะสำหรับฉัน
✅ หลังจากหาข้อมูลมาเยอะและปรึกษากับคุณหมอธารินี คุณหมอแนะนำให้เลือกทำ ICL (Implantable Collamer Lens)
ก่อนผ่าตัดก็แอบกังวลนะคะ โดยเฉพาะเรื่องการมีเลนส์ฝังอยู่ในตา แต่พอทำจริง ขั้นตอนรวดเร็วและง่ายกว่าที่คิดมาก
ระหว่างผ่าตัดแทบไม่เจ็บเลยค่ะ รู้สึกแค่เหมือนมีแรงกดเล็กน้อยและเห็นแสงสว่างระหว่างทำเท่านั้น
✨ หลังผ่าตัดเพียงไม่กี่ชั่วโมง การมองเห็นก็ชัดขึ้นอย่างเห็นได้ชัด และเช้าวันถัดมา ฉันสามารถมองเห็นรายละเอียดต่าง ๆ ได้ชัดกว่าที่เคยเห็นโดยไม่ใส่แว่นมาก่อนเลย 🤩
😌 ช่วงพักฟื้นก็สบายกว่าที่คิดไว้มาก
ช่วง 2-3 วันแรก จะรู้สึกระคายเคืองเล็กน้อยและไวต่อแสง แต่ก็ดีขึ้นเร็วมากด้วยการหยอดยาตามที่คุณหมอสั่งและการพักผ่อนให้เพียงพอ ช่วงแรกอาจมีอาการเห็นแสงกระจายหรือแสงฟุ้งตอนกลางคืนบ้าง แต่ก็ค่อย ๆ ลดลงตามเวลา
🥳 สิ่งที่ทำให้ประทับใจที่สุดคือ “คุณภาพของการมองเห็น” ทุกอย่างดูคมชัด สว่าง และเป็นธรรมชาติมากกว่าเวลาใส่แว่นหรือคอนแทคเลนส์จริง ๆ 👏
