ปัจจุบันประเทศไทย ยังไม่มีรายงานการติดเชื้อไข้เหลืองภายในประเทศ
แต่ผู้เดินทางอาจนำเชื้อเข้ามาจากประเทศที่มีการระบาดได้
⚠️ อาการคล้ายไข้เลือดออก
มีไข้ ปวดศีรษะ ปวดเมื่อย และอาจมีอาการรุนแรง
ผู้ป่วยที่มีอาการรุนแรง อวัยวะภายในล้มเหลว ตับวาย ไตวาย ตัวเหลือง ตาเหลือง ซึ่งมีโอกาสเสียชีวิตสูง 30-60%
💊 ปัจจุบันยังไม่มียารักษาไข้เหลืองโดยเฉพาะ
แต่สามารถ ป้องกันได้ด้วยวัคซีน

🦟 Yellow fever is one of Thailand’s 14 dangerous communicable diseases.
Thailand has no reported local transmission of yellow fever. However, travelers may introduce the virus from countries where yellow fever occurs.
⚠️ Symptoms may resemble dengue fever.
Fever, headache, and muscle aches may occur. Severe cases can lead to organ failure, liver failure, kidney failure, and jaundice, with a high risk of death, up to 30–60%.
💊 There is currently no specific antiviral treatment for yellow fever, but it can be prevented with vaccination.
🌍 If you are planning to travel to any of the 42 countries or risk areas, some countries; including Thailand; require travelers to present proof of yellow fever vaccination under the International Health Regulations.
