สวัสดีค่ะ ลูกค้าที่น่ารักของ Perception Blind Massage ตามที่รัฐบาลได้ประกาศให้ร้านนวดสามารถเปิดบริการได้แล้ว ทางร้านขอแจ้งให้ทราบว่า เราพร้อมเปิดให้บริการลูกค้าได้ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มิถุนายน 2563 นี้ วันจันทร์-วันอาทิตย์ เวลา 10:00-20:00 น. ทั้งนี้เพื่อความสะดวกในการเข้ารับบริการและไม่ต้องเผื่อรอคิวนาน รบกวนลูกค้าช่วยโทรจองเวลานวดก่อนมาใช้บริการนะคะ

หลังจากได้เปิดร้าน ทางร้านของเราได้เตรียมมาตรการด้านความสะอาดและความปลอดภัย เพื่อเสริมสร้างความเชื่อมั่นในการใช้บริการดังนี้
1). ด้านสถานที่
- ทำความสะอาดห้องนวดและเตียงนวดทุกครั้งก่อนให้บริการลูกค้า
- เปลี่ยนผ้าปูเตียง ปลอกหมอน ผ้าห่มและอุปกรณ์การนวดใหม่ทุกครั้งหลังจากเสร็จสิ้นการให้บริการในแต่ละครั้งเพื่อให้มั่นใจในความสะอาดก่อนถูกนำมาให้บริการ
- ทำความสะอาดเฟอร์นิเจอร์และจุดที่ต้องสัมผัสต่างๆ ภายในร้านด้วยน้ำยาฆ่าเชื้อ
- มีจุดเจลแอลกอฮอล์ล้างมือสำหรับลูกค้าตามจุดต่างๆ ภายในร้าน
- รักษาระยะห่างในการบริการอย่างน้อย 1 เมตร งดใช้เตียงนวดและเก้าอี้นวดเท้าบางส่วน เพื่อปฏิบัติตามมาตรความปลอดภัยของสุขภาพอนามัย
2). ด้านพนักงานและบุคลากร
- พนักงานทุกคนจะต้องผ่านการตรวจคัดกรองและวัดอุณหภูมิก่อนเข้าทำงานทุกวัน และระหว่างวัน หากพบว่าพนักงานคนใดที่มีอุณหภูมิสูงกว่า 37.3 องศาหรือมีอาการเข้าข่ายเฝ้าระวัง ต้องหยุดปฏิบัติหน้าที่และไปพบแพทย์ทันที
- พนักงานทุกคนจะต้องสวมใส่หน้ากากอนามัยตลอดเวลาที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อยู่ภายในร้านหรือพูดคุยกับลูกค้า
- พนักงานทุกคนจะต้องพกเจลแอลกอฮอล์ล้างมือติดตัวตลอดเวลาและกำหนดให้พนักงานล้างมือทำความสะอาดตามเวลาที่กำหนด เพื่อรักษาความสะอาดของตนเองตลอดเวลาในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่
- ก่อนให้บริการลูกค้าหมอนวดตาบอดจะต้องวัดอุณหภูมิ ต้องสวมใส่หน้ากากอนามัยและจะต้องล้างมืออีกครั้งด้วยเจลแอลกอฮอล์ต่อหน้าลูกค้าก่อนทำการนวดให้ลูกค้า
3). ด้านการเข้ารับบริการของลูกค้า
- ลูกค้าทุกคนจะต้องผ่านจุดคัดกรอง วัดอุณหภูมิและต้องสวมใส่หน้ากากอนามัยตลอดเวลาที่เข้ารับบริการ รวมถึงกรอกแบบสอบถามประเมินความเสี่ยง หากพบว่าลูกค้าท่านใดที่มีอุณหภูมิสูงกว่า 37.3 องศาหรือมีอาการเข้าข่ายเฝ้าระวัง ทางร้านขออนุญาตสงวนสิทธิ์ในเข้ารับบริการ
- การนวดอาจมีการปรับเปลี่ยนท่าเพื่อปฏิบัติตามมาตรการความปลอดภัยของสุขภาพอนามัย
ขอปฏิบัติตามมาตรการที่ได้แจ้งตามข้างต้นอย่างเคร่งครัดเพื่อความมั่นใจและความปลอดภัยของสุขภาพอนามัยของลูกค้าทุกคนค่ะ

With the government announcement that allows the spa and massage shops to resume their services, Perception Blind Massage would like to inform that our shop will open again from 1st June 2020 Mon-Sun 10:00-20:00.
To avoid queuing or unexpected delay, please make a reservation for your massage in advance.

To provide the best service and comply with the epidemic control, the following instruction is required.
1). Inside the shop
- The massage room and beds will be cleaned before service.
- Bed sheet, pillowcase, blanket and all massage equipment will be changed for the new customer.
- All furniture and common touch points will be cleaned with disinfectant.
- Hand sanitizer will be offered at several points inside the shop.
- At least 1-meter distancing for service providing to comply the epidemic control.
2). Employee and Therapist
- All staff will be checked for temperature before and during their duty. In case of higher 37.3 degree is found or demonstrate Covid-19 symptoms, that staff will be immediately removed from duty and sent to the doctor.
- All staff must always wear a mask during their duty.
- All staff will be provided hand sanitizing gel and asked to wash their hands for every certain period of times.
- The therapists will be checked for the temperature and wash their hands with sanitizing gel before providing massage to the customer. They must wear a mask during their duty.
3). Customer
- The customer will be asked to go through checking process such as temperature checking, location checking-in and complete a symptom evaluation form. In case of higher 37.3 degree is found or demonstrate Covid-19 symptoms, the shop reserve the right not to offer its service.
- The customer must bring their own mask and always wear it during having the massage.
- The massage might be adapted to comply the epidemic control.
