📣Thank You to Our Summer 2026 Engineering Immersion Program Students!

This summer, Friends for Asia Foundation hosted our Engineering Immersion Program in Bangkok, welcoming a group of students interested in exploring the world of engineering and technology.

During the program, students visited engineering-focused sites, learned from industry professionals, and gained insight into real-world applications across different fields of engineering. Through hands-on experiences and behind-the-scenes visits, they were able to better understand the skills, innovation, and teamwork involved in engineering careers.

Thank you to all of our students for bringing your curiosity, enthusiasm, and passion for learning to the program. We hope this experience helped inspire your future academic and career goals in engineering!

🩺 Thank You to Our Summer 2026 Doctor Follows Program Students!

This summer, Friends for Asia Foundation had the privilege of hosting four sessions of our Doctor Follows Program, welcoming a total of 64 students from around the world who were interested in exploring careers in medicine and healthcare.

Across our programs in Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, and Bangkok, students had the opportunity to observe medical professionals, visit hospitals, learn about different healthcare fields, and gain a better understanding of what it takes to work in medicine.

Throughout the summer, our students visited hospitals and healthcare facilities, participated in educational activities, asked thoughtful questions, and experienced the daily environment of medical professionals.

We would like to thank all 64 students who joined us for the Summer 2026 Doctor Follows Program. Your curiosity, enthusiasm, and commitment to learning made each session a success.

A special thank you also goes to the doctors, nurses, medical staff, hospitals, and partners who helped make these experiences possible.

We hope your time with Friends for Asia Foundation inspired you, expanded your understanding of healthcare, and brought you one step closer to your future goals in medicine.

Over the course of their placements, they supported local communities, gained hands-on experience, and had the opportunity to explore a different culture while participating in programs across the country.

Introducing the official portrait and group photos from our Summer 2026 Engineering Immersion Week Program!

Based in Bangkok, this group of students had their portrait photos taken today. Throughout the week, they have been exploring a variety of engineering fields through exclusive visits to major engineering projects and industry leaders, including the Bangkok MRT, Don Muang Airport, Thai Airways, the BTS Skytrain, the Ford Motor Company manufacturing plant, and the Royal Irrigation Project.

From transportation infrastructure and manufacturing to civil and mechanical engineering, these students are gaining firsthand insight into the world of engineering and what it's really like to pursue a career in the field!
