In Taoist practice, the body has a main energetic circuit designed to help Qi move, circulate, and return to your center.

🔄 This “energetic superhighway” is called the Microcosmic Orbit.

Ancient Tao Masters described two main channels:

Why practice it?

Instead of allowing energy to stay concentrated in one area, Taoist practice teaches you to circulate, balance and gather Qi. Energy rises along the back, passes through the head, moves down the front and returns to the Lower Tan Tien — the energetic center below the navel.

👅 The tongue also plays an important role. When it gently touches the roof of the mouth behind the front teeth, it acts like a “switch” that helps connect the two pathways and complete the circuit.

In Taoist Sexual Reflexology, different areas of the female sexual organ are connected with different parts and organ systems of the body✨

Why?

The female reflexology map shows different zones along the v@ginal canal:

The same reflexology map also marks the G-**ot, cl****is, urethral sponge, Pineal & Pituitary, and Adrenal & Thymus areas.

Depth changes which areas are stimulated.

2. Inhale into 3 areas: chest, solar plexus, lower belly.
3. Exhale slowly with a soft “HEEEEEEE”, almost silent, while your hands glide from head to feet. Imagine gently pressing the breath and excess heat downward.
4. Rest and breathe normally.
