I’m definitely not a chef, but I am a food lover. 🤎

My hair growth routine is quite straightforward ✌🏼

In addition to a hair growth shampoo that works well for my oily scalp, I do a weekly scalp oiling treatment. I also use a daily leave-in hair serum to encourage scalp stimulation.

To become a great Yoga teacher from the very start, there are three essentials to keep in mind 🫶🏻

1️⃣ LIMIT demonstrations. It’s not your practice, it’s about your students. 🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏼They are there to be guided by you, not to watch you practice. Aim for 5% demonstrating and 95% instructing, observing, and assisting.

2️⃣ MIRROR IMAGE ✨ Your left is their right. If you’re still learning, stand at the back of the room to help you learn how to cue until you fully understand the mirror image.

3️⃣ AVOID joint loading. Please do not have 8 to 10 asanas on ONE LEG! 🤯 Instead, break it down and create 2 to 3 separate sequences!
