Since childhood, I have been fascinated by death.
As a child, I came close to it more than once. Those experiences shaped the questions that have stayed with me my entire life: *Why do we suffer? What does it truly mean to be alive?*
As I've grown older and faced injuries, chronic pain, and the limitations of my own body, my path has changed. My goal is no longer to escape life, but to master the art of living within this body.
Every day I study movement, the nervous system, Daoist practices, and the body's incredible ability to adapt and heal—not because I believe we can avoid aging or death, but because I want to meet both with presence rather than fear.
To me, dying is not only something that happens at the end of life. It is something we practice every day: letting go of old identities, old patterns, old fears, and becoming a little more free.
My aspiration is simple: to grow into an aging body that moves with ease, experiences as little unnecessary pain as possible, and remains deeply alive until the very last breath.
That is why I do what I do.
Because learning how to live well may be the greatest preparation for dying well.
