My heart is bursting 🤩 It is with deep gratitude that I announce Intuitive Mvmt’s 2024 Sacred Self Yoga & Dance Thailand Retreat!

Next March, we will venture to the beautiful retreat center on the island of Koh Phangan, Thailand. Each experience throughout the week will explore reconnecting, revitalizing and redefining the Self.

Fall Yin YTT is in full swing! Anthony Carrillo, of Turiya Chiropractic and I, are putting our hearts together to offer you a 25hr Yin Yoga training.
