A little look back at our Out of the Box workshop. 🎨

What a wonderful group and such an inspiring creative experience!

Different people, different perspectives, and completely different works of art. It was fascinating to see how everyone approached the process in their own way, experimenting, exploring, and discovering something unexpected along the way.

Beautiful results, meaningful conversations, and plenty of room for creativity.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this experience so special! ❤️

Sometimes I look around and think how lucky I am to live surrounded by all this.

Even the trees here look like something from Avatar, as if Eywa herself might be somewhere nearby. 🌿

What I love about nature is how easily it brings back a sense of wonder.

We spend so much of our lives trying to understand, explain and control everything. And then you come across a tree like this, or a sunset reflected in the water, and for a moment, you don’t need to figure anything out.

You can simply look. Notice. Be curious.

And perhaps that’s something worth practising more often.

Stepping Outside the System

A system always implies boundaries, limitations and barriers. At the same time, it provides a sense of belonging that most people are drawn to. Within a system, there is safety and predictability, which can be so reassuring. There is a feeling that everything is under control. But stepping outside it means having to face uncertainty, frustration, not belonging, disconnection and the responsibility of being an individual in your own right. And the most important feeling here is that there is no control, only the unknown.

I think these qualities of stepping outside the system are important for anyone who helps others. They are important to me personally. They allow me to listen with an open mind, question my own interpretations and see a person as a whole, especially when they are very different from me and from my own ways of understanding the world.

Curiosity is probably what sharpens my feelings, my thoughts and my perceptions, and saves me from becoming narrow-minded.

And what helps you?

Система всегда подразумевает рамки, ограничения, барьеры и она же дает то чувство принадлежности, к которой тяготеют большинство людей. В системе есть защищенность, предсказуемость, которая так радует, есть ощущение, что все под контролем, а при выходе из оной нужно переживать неизвестность,фрустрированность, не принадлежность,оторванность, субъектность. И главное ощущение здесь нет контроля , но есть неизвестность.

Мне кажется, что вот эти качества выхода из системы важны для человека, кто помогает другим, эти качества важны лично для меня. Они позволяют мне слышать с открытыми ушами, сомневаться в своих собственных интерпретациях, видеть человека целиком, особенно если он так слишком непохож на меня и на мои парадигмы. Любопытство - наверное то, что оттачивает мои чувства, мои мысли , мои представления и спасает от « зашоренности» . А что помогает вам?

✨ «Империя Магов» уже в эту субботу!

24 октября мы снова встречаемся на одной из самых интересных психологических трансформационных игр.

И на этот раз у нас совершенно особенная атмосфера! 🌿

Мы будем играть в Sacred Space невероятно красивом, творческом пространстве, где каждая деталь вдохновляет. Мне кажется, само место станет прекрасным дополнением к нашей игре.

За 4,5 часа у вас будет возможность посмотреть на себя глазами других, исследовать привычные роли, границы и способы взаимодействия, получить обратную связь и, возможно, обнаружить что-то неожиданное о себе.
