One Year of Bilateral Hip Pain — Personalized Care for Better Mobility

The patient had experienced pain in both hips for over a year, with the right side more severe and pain radiating to the groin, affecting daily activities.
X-rays revealed Lumbar Spondylosis and Avascular Necrosis of both femoral heads.

After further consultation, the orthopedic surgeon explained the condition and recommended an individualized treatment plan. The patient also underwent a thorough pre-operative assessment by a multidisciplinary team.

Operation: Total Hip Replacement via Modified Gibson Approach
Following surgery and rehabilitation, the patient experienced improved mobility and a better quality of life.
