Is it harmful during fertility treatment?

Is dizziness and nausea during fertility treatment harmful?
We must tell you that these symptoms can occur at the beginning of the egg stimulation process, which is the process to stimulate multiple mature eggs.

Semen abnormality and treatment!

Infertility refers to when a couple cannot conceive despite having at least one year of regular unprotected s*x. It can be caused by both male and female sides.

Male Infertility is defined as the inability of a male to make a female pregnant. 40% of infertility are caused by male issues. Most of the issues are related to semen abnormality, which is about 85% of male issues. An important organ affecting male fertility is the testicles. They produce male s*x hormones and male gamete, s***m. The function of the testicles is controlled by the pituitary gland as well as the female’s ovaries.

These are s***m conditions:
• Normozoos***mia: Normal s***m analysis results
• Oligozoos***mia: A low s***m count
• Asthenozoos***mia: A decrease or absence of s***m motility
• Teratozoos***mia: Abnormal s***m morphology
• Azoos***mia: Semen contains no s***m
• Parvisemia: The semen volume is less than 2 ml.
• As***mia: The complete lack of semen with ej*******on

The major cause of semen abnormality remains unclear. It could be caused by testicles abnormality, reproductive system infections, or daily lifestyles such as stress, being overweight, heavy workouts, or s*xual issues like erectile dysfunction and premature ej*******on. Alcoholic beverages, ci******es, drugs, or some kinds of antibiotics also affect semen quality.

Semen abnormality can be treated by improving semen quality by eating nutritious food, focusing on good protein such as fish and nuts, and focusing on food rich in antioxidants. Other treatments are regular and moderate exercise without overdoing it and a quality sleep pattern by not staying up late (before 10:00 p.m.) for at least 7-8 hours. Also refraining from drinking alcohol, smoking, and drug use will help improve s***m quality.

5 Behaviors causing degenerated eggs!!

How does oocyte with SERC affect egg and embryo quality?

A smooth endoplasmic reticulum cluster (SERC) is a thin cyst-like sac in the cytoplasm of the oocyte.It is a sign of poor egg quality. The result of the oocyte with SERC are as follows:

- Lower oocyte maturation and fertilization rate
- Lower embryo quality
- Lower implantation and pregnancy rate
- Increase miscarriage rate
- Increase perinatal complications, birth defects, and imprinting disorders such as Beckwidth Wiedermann syndrome, Down syndrome, etc.
