Dave's calling — will you answer?📢

Some guests leave a mark on PhuketFit. Dave Howe is one of them. Since finishing his World Cruise, he's spent around 25 weeks with us over two years — training, connecting, and becoming a true part of the family.

On his last visit, Dave had to leave early to deal with a serious heart condition. He tackled it head-on, and with full clearance from his cardiology team, he's spent the past month rebuilding — walking 3 miles daily, swimming 1,500m three times a week, and getting back under the bar. His words: "As we get older, maintaining lean muscle mass and bone density becomes one of the most important things we can do."

So what did he do next? Booked two return trips:
