🎗️ การดูแลผิวระหว่างรังสีรักษา เป็นส่วนสำคัญของแผนการรักษา

ระหว่างการฉายรังสี ผิวหนังบริเวณที่ได้รับรังสีอาจเกิดความไวและระคายเคืองได้มากกว่าปกติ ดังนั้นการดูแลผิวอย่างเหมาะสมจึงมีความสำคัญ เพื่อช่วยให้ผู้ป่วยสามารถดำเนินการรักษาได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและลดปัจจัยที่อาจรบกวนบริเวณที่ได้รับรังสี

✅อาบน้ำได้ตามปกติ แต่ต้องดูแลผิวอย่างอ่อนโยน
หลีกเลี่ยงการขัดถู ขัดขี้ไคล หรือใช้สบู่ถูแรง ๆ บริเวณที่ฉายรังสี

✅หลีกเลี่ยงความร้อนและความเย็นจัด
ไม่ควรวางกระเป๋าน้ำร้อน กระเป๋าน้ำเย็น หรือประคบบริเวณที่ได้รับรังสี

✅ลดการเสียดสีและการระคายเคืองของผิวหนัง
เลือกเสื้อผ้าที่ไม่รัดแน่น เนื้อผ้านุ่ม และหลีกเลี่ยงเสื้อผ้าหยาบหรือเครื่องผูกรัดบริเวณที่ฉายรังสี

✅ไม่ใช้แป้งบริเวณที่ฉายรังสี
ควรหลีกเลี่ยงการทาแป้งในบริเวณดังกล่าวระหว่างการรักษา

✅หลีกเลี่ยงการโกนขนหรือเส้นผมบริเวณที่ฉายรังสี
เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดแผลและการระคายเคืองของผิวหนัง

หากระหว่างการรักษามีอาการ ผิวแดง แสบ คัน เจ็บ ลอก เป็นแผล หรือมีความผิดปกติอื่น ๆ ควรแจ้งทีมแพทย์หรือเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ดูแล เพื่อประเมินอาการและให้คำแนะนำที่เหมาะสม

🎗️ Skin Care During Radiation Therapy Is an Important Part of the Treatment Plan

During radiation therapy, the skin within the treatment area may become more sensitive and prone to irritation. Appropriate skin care is therefore essential to help patients continue treatment as planned and to reduce factors that may further irritate the irradiated area.

At Bangkok Cancer Hospital Rayong, our Radiation Oncology team places importance on every stage of care — from treatment-field marking and preparation before treatment to monitoring during and after radiation therapy.

Patients are advised to follow these recommendations during treatment:

✅Protect the treatment markings
Avoid rubbing, scrubbing, or doing anything that may cause the markings placed by the treatment team to fade. If the markings become faint or disappear, please inform the staff at your next radiation treatment session.

✅Avoid creams, topical medications, and other skin products on the treatment area
Do not apply any additional products unless specifically advised by the treatment team.

✅Bathing is permitted, but the skin should be treated gently
Avoid scrubbing, exfoliating, or rubbing soap directly and firmly over the irradiated area.

✅Avoid excessive heat or cold
Do not place hot-water bottles, cold packs, or use direct hot or cold compresses on the treatment area.

✅Minimize friction and skin irritation
Choose loose-fitting, soft clothing and avoid tight garments, rough fabrics, or restrictive accessories over the irradiated area.

✅Do not apply powder to the irradiated area
Powder should be avoided on the treatment area during the course of radiation therapy.

✅Avoid shaving or removing hair from the irradiated area
This may help reduce the risk of skin injury and additional irritation.

If you experience redness, burning, itching, pain, peeling, open wounds, or any other unusual skin changes during treatment, please inform your physician or radiation therapy team so that the condition can be properly assessed and managed.

It is important not to modify your skin-care routine, use medications, or stop treatment on your own without first consulting the treatment team.

🎗️ ก่อนเริ่มรังสีรักษา ทุกขั้นตอนของการวางแผนมีความหมาย

CT Simulation คือหนึ่งในขั้นตอนสำคัญก่อนการรังสีรักษา เพื่อช่วยให้ทีมแพทย์เห็นตำแหน่ง ขนาด และรูปร่างของก้อนมะเร็ง รวมถึงอวัยวะข้างเคียงในแบบ 3 มิติ เพื่อใช้ประกอบการวางแผนกำหนดตำแหน่งและทิศทางของรังสีให้เหมาะสมกับผู้ป่วยแต่ละราย

Patients receiving radiotherapy to the head, ear, nose, oral cavity, and neck regions may experience a range of adverse effects, the type and severity of which can vary according to the treatment site, radiation dose, and individualized treatment plan.
