🇬🇧My patient, who had been operated twice before, had complaints of significant asymmetry in the nostrils and artificality in the appearance of the nose. It was a difficult case. The existing cartilage and skin tissue was highly deformed. In my opinion, the biggest difference between revision surgery and the first surgery is that revision surgery requires a very sincere effort and needs a high instant surgical ability.
🇹🇷Daha önce 2 kez ameliyat olmuş olan hastamın burun deliklerinde belirgin asimetri ve burun görünümünde yapaylık şikayetleri mevcuttu. Zor bir vakaydı. Mevcut kıkırdak ve cilt dokusu oldukça deforme olmuştu. Revizyon cerrahisi ile ilk ameliyatların arasındaki en büyük fark bana göre revizyon cerrahisini çok samimi bir gayret gerektirmesi ve cerrahın anlık cerrahi çözüm kabiliyetinin yüksek olması ihtiyacıdır.

However, maybe infection or sloppy surgical technique, all the structural elements were destroyed in the nose and the nose tip was lost and shrunken due to this. The air passages were also noticeably closed. This case made me very tired, fortunately, we got a very good result.
🇹🇷Oldukça zor bir vakaydı, son zamanlarda karşılaştığım en kötü durumdaki burundu. Önceden 2 ameliyat geçirmiş. Ancak belki enfeksiyon belki özensiz cerrahi teknikle ilgili burunda tüm yapısal elemanlar harap ve buna bağlı burun ucu kaybolmuş, büzülmüş durumdaydı. Hava pasajları da belirgin bir şekilde kapanmıştı. Beni çok yordu bu vaka neyseki çok güzel bir sonuç aldık.
