Dudak dolgusunda sonucu yalnızca eklenen hacim değil; hacmin nereye, ne zaman ve hangi özellikte bir ürünle verildiği belirler.
Bu vakada üst dudak alt dudağa göre belirgin biçimde daha hacimliydi. Amaç, alt dudağı tek seansta olabildiğince büyütmek değil; dengeyi kurarken merkezden yanlara incelen, daha toplu formu korumaktı.
Doku kapasitesini aşan miktar, merkezi belirginleştirmek yerine yan kısımları öne çıkarıp dudağı daha geniş ve yayvan gösterebilir.
Bu nedenle işlemi iki aşamada planladım: ilk seansta kontrollü hacim; 4–6 hafta sonra doku yanıtını yeniden değerlendirerek alt dudak merkezine hedefli destek. Üst dudakta yalnızca tepe noktalarına küçük bir dokunuş yaptım.
Sonuçta alt dudak üst dudakla dengelenirken, yanlara doğru incelen kompakt kontur korundu.
Kişiye özel planlama; hedeflenen şekille birlikte ürünün doku içindeki davranışını —reolojisini—, miktarı ve seans zamanlamasını belirlemektir. Dengeli bir sonucu yalnızca daha fazla hacim değil; korunan oran, kontrollü kontur ve yüzle uyum tanımlar.

Lip filler results depend not only on how much volume is added, but on where and when it is placed and how the chosen filler behaves in tissue.
In this case, the upper lip was noticeably fuller than the lower lip. The aim was not to enlarge the lower lip as much as possible in one session, but to restore balance while preserving a compact contour that tapered toward the sides.
Exceeding the tissue’s capacity may accentuate the sides rather than define the center, making the lip appear wider and flatter.
I therefore planned two stages: controlled volume first, then targeted support to the center of the lower lip after reassessing the tissue response at 4–6 weeks. The upper lip received only a subtle adjustment at the Cupid’s bow peaks.
This restored balance while preserving the compact, tapered contour.
