👉Her p.nis eğriliği tedavi edilmeli midir?
Doğumsal olmayan sonradan edinsel olarak ortaya çıkan peyronie hastalığından bahsediyorsak, her zaman bir tedavi uygulamak şart değildir. Eğriliğin ölçüsü 20-25 derecelerin altındaysa, kişinin ve eşinin cinsellikle ilişkili bir şikayeti söz konusu değilse, bir ağrı durumu da yoksa tedavi uygulamamak, takipte kalmak bir seçenektir. P.nisin aşırı eğrilip kırılması gibi bir durum söz konusu olmaz. Ölümcül bir hastalığa dönüşmez.
👉Eğer doğumsal bir eğrilikse ve kişinin psikolojisini bozuyorsa her türlü eğriliğe ameliyat gözüyle bakmak gerekir. Kişi kendinden barışıksa 20 derecenin altındaki doğumsal eğriliklerde ameliyat gerekmez.
