A result we are truly happy to share.

From both the frontal and profile views, we can already see a beautifully refined nose, straighter lines, naturally lifted defined tip, complements her face without losing her uncial character.

Two months is still an early stage of rhinoplasty healing, so further refinement will continue over the coming months.

Primary Rhinoplasty for our lovely patient from Portugal 🇵🇹
Today was one of the most anticipated moments in the rhinoplasty process: the cast removal on day 7.
Before surgery, the patient had a drooping nasal tip, a barely noticeable hump on the bridge, and a lack of definition at the tip.
During the surgery, the bridge was narrowed, the hump on the bridge was corrected, the tip was supported, slightly elevated, defined, and the overall shape of the nose was balanced in both profile and frontal views.
Watching the patient's initial reaction after the cast removal is always one of the most exciting moments. Although healing continues over the following months, the new nasal structure and improved facial balance are already visible. We thank our patient for her trust and for allowing us to share this special moment.🙌☀️

The procedure included rhinoplasty with dorsal hump reduction, correction of nasal deviation, crookedness, tip projection reduction.
Male rhinoplasty focused on a straighter profile, stronger structure support, and a less rotated tip, preserving masculine features without overdone effect.
At this stage, mild swelling is expected, especially in the tip, and final definition will continue to develop over time.

Our lovely patient, it's one month after rhinoplasty.
The refined result seamlessly integrates with facial features, subtly enhancing her natural beauty.
It is clearly visible that the shape of the nasal tip is improved through controlled volume reduction and slight rotation. The dorsum appears smoother and more refined, with a narrower and more consistent dorsal line.
At this stage, most of the swelling has resolved, allowing a clearer evaluation of the surgical changes. Some edema may still be present, particularly in the tip, radix and supratip, and final refinement will continue over the coming months.

The procedure focused on refining the nasal tip, achieving a slight elevation, and narrowing, creating a smoother feminine profile.
The goal was not to change the identity, but to improve definition and proportions, highlight her natural beauty, through precise adjustments.
Early results already show a more balanced shape and a soft dorsal line.
Final outcomes will continue to improve as healing progresses and swellings go down.

This case of a male rhinoplasty performed for our dear patient, asian ethnicity. Prior to surgery, he had complaints about his nasal shape, including a hump on the bridge, a drooping and poorly defined tip, and a wide alar base with enlarged nostrils.
A noticeable leftward deviation was one of the patient's primary concerns.
A structural rhinoplasty was performed using autologous septal cartilage grafts to provide stable support to the nasal tip and improve its contour, which is especially necessary in patients with thick skin.
The procedure included reducing a slight hump on the bridge, correcting the deviated nasal curve, reshaping the nasal tip with a slight rotation, and reducing the alar base to reduce the width of the nostrils and the overall shape of the nasal base. The result was, as planned, a well-centered nose in the frontal view, with a more defined and proportional tip, a good natural proportion for a male nose.

Ethnic rhinoplasty does not always require additional cartilage grafts from the ear or rib.
In this case, the septal cartilage was sufficient to provide the necessary structural support. For ethnic rhinoplasty, the possibility of using rib or ear cartilage is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
