FUT (Follicular Unit Transplantation), ya da bilinen adıyla “şerit yöntemi”, saç ve kaş ekimi alanında kullanılan en köklü cerrahi tekniklerden biridir. Günümüzde geliştirdiğimiz modern LOFT tekniği, tek tek alım yapılan tekniklerin gölgesinde kalsa da, belirli hasta profillerinde (özellikle yüksek sayıda greft ihtiyacı olan veya saç tellerinin çok ince olan kişilerde) hala geçerliliğini korumaktadır.

✅FUT tekniği ile kaş ekimi aşamaları:
1. Şerit Çıkarma (Strip Harvesting): Lokal anestezi altında yapılıyor.
2. Kapatma ve Dikiş
3. Mikroskopik kök ayrıştırma
4. Kanal Açma ve Ekim
✅Operasyon sırasında lokal anestezi uygulandığı için kesinlikle ağrı hissedilmez
✅Mutlaka Doktor tarafından yapılmalıdır

FUT (Follicular Unit Transplantation), commonly known as the “strip method,” is one of the most established surgical techniques used in hair and eyebrow transplantation. Although overshadowed today by single-extraction methods and the modern LOFT technique we have developed, it remains a valid option for specific patient profiles (especially those requiring a large number of grafts or individuals with very fine hair).
✅ Stages of eyebrow transplantation using the FUT technique:
1. Strip Harvesting: Performed under local anesthesia.
2. Closure and Suturing
3. Microscopic graft dissection
4. Channel opening and implantation
✅ Since local anesthesia is applied during the operation, absolutely no pain is felt.
✅ It must strictly be performed by a medical doctor.
