The most challenging facial rejuvenation patients are often those with severe facial fullness and a short neck. In these cases, the natural relationship between the neck, cheeks, brows, and eyelids is frequently lost, causing the facial proportions to merge into one undefined structure.
The true art of surgery in such patients is to address each facial unit individually while still achieving a harmonious, natural, and balanced final result.
For this lovely patient of mine , I performed a deep plane facelift, advanced neck sculpting, blepharoplasty, brow lift, buccal fat removal, fat transfer, and a lip lift.
At the end of the transformation, we achieved a more elegant upper face, a beautifully defined mid and lower face, a sharp jawline, and most importantly — a visibly refined neck contour.
