We are sharing our patient’s progress 6 months after a Mommy Makeover, planned according to her individual needs and body proportions.

🇬🇧Why Is Male Rhinoplasty More Challenging?

Male rhinoplasty requires meticulous surgical planning due to thicker skin, stronger bone and cartilage structures, and the need to preserve masculine facial features.

The goal is not simply to reduce the size of the nose, but to create a more balanced, natural, and defined profile without altering the character of the face. The angle of the nasal bridge, the position of the nasal tip, and overall facial proportions must be evaluated individually for each patient.

The images compare our patient’s preoperative appearance with the early healing stage at 1 month and the long-term result at 17 months. As postoperative swelling gradually subsides, the nasal contours become more defined and natural over time.

Erkek rinoplastisi; daha kalın cilt yapısı, güçlü kemik-kıkırdak dokusu ve maskülen yüz hatlarının korunması gerekliliği nedeniyle hassas bir cerrahi planlama gerektirir.

Lipödem ve kilo kaybı nedeniyle alt vücutta oluşan kontür düzensizlikleri, VASER Liposuction ve plazma teknolojisi ile yeniden şekillendirildi.

Kalça bölgesinde ise Supercharged BBL uygulanarak, hastanın kendi yağı ile implantın uyumu sayesinde daha dolgun, doğal ve dengeli bir görünüm hedeflendi.

Bacak ve uyluk bölgesinde daha fit bir silüet elde edilirken, vücut hatları daha estetik bir forma kavuştu.

✨ Bu sonuç, ameliyatın yalnızca 2. ayında elde edilmiştir. İyileşme süreci devam etmekte olup nihai sonuçlar zamanla daha da belirginleşecektir.

Body contour irregularities caused by weight loss and lipedema were addressed using VASER Liposuction and plasma technology.

A Supercharged BBL was performed to enhance the buttocks, combining the patient’s own fat with implants to achieve a fuller, natural, and well-balanced appearance.

The thighs and legs were sculpted for a slimmer silhouette while improving overall body proportions.

✨ These results are shown at just 2 months post-operative. Healing is still ongoing, and the final outcome will continue to improve over time.
