Some stories are too heavy to be carried alone… And too important to be left unheard.

As part of my PhD research at , I’m exploring how Islamic virtues help Muslims rebuild their lives after war, displacement, occupation, and political unrest — how faith becomes resilience, and how hope survives even in the darkest chapters.

If you’re a Muslim >18 years of age, who has lived through conflict in any form, your voice matters deeply!

Your experience can help shape healing frameworks for communities across the world.

This year, I sat with stories that were heavy, quiet, complex—and deeply human. Across therapy rooms and video calls, classrooms and meetings, I witnessed something that still humbles me: how often people keep going even when they feel they can’t.

A few numbers capture the scale but not the soul:
• Care extended to 20 countries across 4 continents
• 467 therapy sessions
• 39 consultations (individual + corporate)
• 24 educational events
• 57 professional meetings and collaborations

Different time zones, languages, histories, and hardships—yet the same human need: to be seen, held, and supported.

To every client who trusted the process, every student who showed up with curiosity, and every organization and institution that believes healing is personal and collective—thank you.

If you’re reading this and something in you is tired, stuck, or quietly carrying too much: you don’t have to do it alone. And if you’re an organization that wants to build healthier, more resilient systems for your people—let’s talk.

Resilience with Purpose—one honest step at a time.

Honored to be a speaker at the 9th Al Sharq Conference, held in Istanbul on 12–13 December 2025.

With over 2,000 participants from across regions and disciplines, the space felt deeply alive—intellectually, emotionally, and ethically. We spoke about histories that live in bodies, wounds that are inherited, and the quiet ways trauma becomes collective. But we also spoke about something equally powerful: collective healing, moral imagination, and liberation as a shared responsibility.

What stayed with me most was the openness in the room—the willingness to sit with discomfort, to connect psychology with history, faith, justice, and lived experience. My masterclass titled “From Collective Trauma to Collective Liberation" reminded me why interdisciplinary, decolonial, and spiritually grounded approaches to mental health are not optional—they are necessary.

Grateful to for the platform, the participants for their presence, and Istanbul for once again being a meeting point of ideas, struggles, and hope.
