Daha önce üç kez ameliyat olan hastamız dördüncü ameliyatı için bize başvurdu. deformitesi için kaburga kıkırdağı ve kompozit greft kullanarak oldukça sıkıntılı olan profilden görünümü son derece iyi hale getirebildik. Ameliyat sonrası sekizinci ayında olan hastamıza istediği taktirde burun deliklerini daha iyi hale getirebileceğimiz minik bir revizyon yapabileceğimizi belirttik. Not: hastamız vurmalı enstrümanlar eğitmenidir özellikle darbuka.

Yarık dudak burnu deformitesi sahip olan hastamızın ameliyat öncesi ve ameliyat sonrası görüntüleri . hastamıza sol burun deliğini daha iyi hale getirmek için lokal anestezi altında küçük bir operasyon uyguladık onun sonucunu da ileride sizlerle paylaşmayı umuyorum.
