4 months postoperative beauty after 🩵🧿

Six years after her 👃my dear patient returned to me and placed her trust in me once again—this time for a temporal lift.

⚠️ The improvement is particularly noticeable around the eyes and midface.

⚠️ The lower eyelid–cheek transition appears smoother, the malar area is more elevated and better supported, and the nasolabial folds are softened.

Early postop result alert — 3 weeks ‼️

She already looks truly beautiful 🧿
⚠️ However, I can confidently say that she will look even better in the coming months as the healing process continues. As I always remind my patients, complete healing and maturation of the final result take approximately six months to one year.

Three important points to keep in mind:

‼️ 1. Nasal tip swelling:

Since this is still a very early stage—particularly following secondary rhinoplasty—the nasal tip remains significantly swollen and therefore appears wider than it will ultimately be. As the swelling subsides, the tip will become much slimmer, softer, and more refined.

‼️ 2. Temporary dimpling at the lateral canthus:

A small dimple can be seen near the lateral canthus on the right side of the photograph. This is an early postoperative finding and is expected to gradually disappear over the next few weeks as the tissues relax and healing progresses.

‼️ 3. Swelling around the eyes:

There is still considerable swelling in the periorbital area. Once this swelling resolves, the eye area will look much less puffy, brighter, and more refreshed.

This early result is shared for educational and informational purposes, to demonstrate how postoperative findings continue to evolve throughout the healing process. ✨
