There is an interesting story behind this video
He came in as the accompanying person for his wife, that she was the one scheduled for rhinoplasty. After I finished examining her, he asked if I would take a look at his nose too. Pure curiosity, he said. He had a septoplasty years earlier and was still not breathing well.
On examination, the deviation was still there. His airflow was down to around 20 percent and the both sides needed to be retouched.
I told him that he needed a revision septoplasty so he can breathe well. None of this was in their plan. But they worked it out, and the day after his wife’s surgery, he had a revision septoplasty. Thirty to forty minutes of work and I was done. When I finished the surgery, I knew how well he was going to breathe
