Some cases seem very easy from the outside, but once you perform the surgery, you discover that the internal structure of the nose is much worse than expected. In this case, the nose had been broken before, was severely deviated, and the patient also had thick skin.

After the surgery, she now has a petite, natural-looking nose. She will also breathe better than ever because the deviation has been corrected, the septum has been straightened, and the turbinates have been reduced.

Crooked Nose Rhinoplasty

My dear patient’s nose was quite crooked. When viewed from the front, starting from the radix, the nose was going to the right side of the face. It also leaded breathing issues since the septum wasn’t on the right position and there was a severe internal deviation.
She also had humpy dorsal bridge.
By eliminating the crookedness and making the nose shape softer, I created a nose that would suit her beautiful face and also allow her to breathe better than ever. It was a difficult case due to the crookedness of the nose and facial asymmetry, but I am very pleased with the results. 🫶🏼

✨ Thick Skin Rhinoplasty ✨

My beautiful patient had a humpy, crooked, and thick nose tip that appeared heavy for her delicate facial features. One of the biggest challenges in her case was her thick nasal skin especially the nose tip, which can limit how much definition and narrowing can be achieved after surgery.

During her rhinoplasty, I carefully corrected the hump and deviation, narrowed the nasal bones, and refined the tip as much as her skin thickness safely allowed, while still keeping a natural look and strong support

The result is a softer, more balanced nose that fits her face beautifully

The smallest changes can create the most beautiful balance ✨

This beautiful patient felt her nose looked too long and narrow for her face, especially when smiling. The front profile also showed asymmetry and a crooked look.

Using an ultrasonic rhinoplasty with piezo approach, I refined the shape into a shorter, smoother, and more proportionate nose that blends beautifully with her facial features.
