For my patient from UK, Wolverhampton, we performed Bulbous tip treatment. Lower part of his nose was our primary goal to improve.

By using rib cartilage and with alarplasty + tipplasty technique, we created definition and masculine sharpness for him.

Skin thickness and individual anatomy gives different results for each person. Also aftercare is extremely important especially for thick skin types.
