A 360° FDL tummy tuck was planned to address significant excess skin and reshape the abdomen and waist.

The change in contour is already visible at day 4. Healing is still in its early stages; as swelling decreases, the result will continue to take shape.

✨ JUST 7 DAYS POST-OP

A 360° FDL tummy tuck, breast implant revision with breast lift, and liposuction were combined in a personalized surgical plan tailored to our patient.

The patient also had capsular contracture prior to surgery, which we surgically corrected during the procedure. Along with the breast implant revision and breast lift, our goal was to improve the overall breast position, contour, and appearance.

The change in her abdominal and breast contours is already visible. This is still an early result; swelling will gradually decrease, and her body contours will continue to settle and become more defined throughout the healing process.

REVISION BREAST IMPLANT & LIFT ✨
This patient had previously undergone breast surgery twice at a different clinic. We corrected the resulting waterfall deformity and combined the procedure with a breast lift, aiming to improve the overall breast position, contour, and symmetry.

We are now on postoperative day 5. Therefore, there is still some swelling and early healing-related changes. Throughout the recovery process, the breasts will gradually settle, soften, and develop a more defined and natural shape.

For this patient, we performed a 360° Fleur-de-Lis abdominoplasty combined with breast reduction and lift to address excess skin, abdominal laxity, and breast sagging.

This is the 7th day after surgery, so swelling and early healing changes are still present. The abdominal contour and breast shape will continue to settle and become more defined throughout the recovery process.

A lighter, lifted and more balanced result. ✨

Our patient underwent a Breast Reduction & Lift to address excessive breast volume and sagging, while preserving the natural blood supply of the ni***es.

Even at this stage of healing, the breasts already have a more rounded and balanced shape, with improved contour around the underarm area.

Swelling will continue to decrease over time, allowing the final shape to become even more refined. 🤍

For this patient, we performed a 360° Fleur-de-Lis tummy tuck combined with a breast uplift and implant placement to address excess skin and improve overall body contour.

The abdominal procedure focused on removing excess skin and tightening the abdominal area, while the breast lift and implants were performed to restore breast shape, position and volume.

✨ **Extended Tummy Tuck & Implant-Free Breast Uplift**

For this patient, we performed an extended tummy tuck combined with an **implant-free breast uplift**, reshaping and repositioning the patient’s own breast tissue to create a fuller, lifted and more defined breast appearance — **without implants**.

The extended tummy tuck addressed excess skin and tissue extending beyond the central abdomen, while the breast uplift focused on restoring breast position, shape and natural-looking fullness using the patient’s own tissue.

**Post-op Day 4** — Swelling and healing-related changes are still present at this very early stage. The final result will continue to develop as healing progresses.
