Burun yogası nedir ne işe yarar?

Kısaca söylemek gerekirse: “Burun yogası” adıyla anılan egzersizler var, ancak burnun şeklini kalıcı olarak değiştirdiğine dair bilimsel bir kanıt yok.

Sosyal medyada sıkça gördüğünüz hareketler genellikle:

* Burun ucunu parmakla itip belirli süre bekletme,
* Burun kanatlarını sıkıp bırakma,
* Gülümserken burun ucuna baskı uygulama,
* Nefes egzersizleri.

Bunların:

* ❌ Burnun kemiğini veya kıkırdağını küçültmesi,
* ❌ Kemeri düzeltmesi,
* ❌ Burun ucunu kalıcı olarak kaldırması mümkün değildir.
