Kurucusu Kimya Mühendisi Ahmet Lûtfü GÖNÜL, İzmir Bölge Hıfzısıhha Enstitü’sü (Kimya Su Lâboratuvarı Sorumlusu) emeklisi olup SU ANALİZLERİ konusunda 37 yıllık bilgi birikimi ve deneyime sahiptir.
