No scar in the hair or anywhere, not like traditional threads which has truly zero benefit just after few weeks.

Please focus on bridge especially at the side view.👃🏾
You will see the amount of augmentation especially when you look where the nose started.
Front view shows you a definition created by cutting the nasal bones and bridge augmentatiton👃🏾👃🏾
But it doesnt seems like it raise much right?☺️☺️ .
Doing a lot change but the mind does not understand because keeping proportions are essential. 🤓

Thick skin rhinoplasty needs some extra maneuvers and care before and after to have a maximum benefit from surgery.

This is of my beautiful patient who had very thick skin especially on the tip.

Reducing the hump on the middle, raising the nasal root and elevating the tip area gives a harmonious balanced shape which is going to give her a sharper nasal look.

My beautiful patient sent her follow up photo and we would like to share this beautiful outcome with you.
She is like born with her new nose even soon after surgery.
Natural enhanced look is my priority while it is my patient’s desire.
Sometimes we go more sometimes stay more natural this is all personal.
This is a beautiful example of how things change naturally and even friends can not say that she had a nose job around 2 months after surgery.
