🔹 A patient presenting with complaints of persistent nausea and lower abdominal pain was admitted during the night to Merkez Prime Hospital in Gebze for urgent medical evaluation.

Following the initial assessment, the emergency department team performed the necessary clinical examinations and diagnostic tests to determine the underlying cause of the patient's symptoms. After a comprehensive medical evaluation, the patient was admitted for further observation and appropriate treatment under the supervision of the relevant medical specialists.

Our medical coordination team closely monitored the entire process, ensuring seamless communication and continuity of care throughout the patient's hospitalization.

🔹 A Turkish crew member who developed a serious cardiac condition while working on board a vessel in Spain was admitted to Centro Médico Teknon in Barcelona for urgent medical evaluation and stabilization.

Following comprehensive examinations and diagnostic assessments, the medical team identified a significant heart valve disorder requiring advanced cardiac care. After the patient’s condition was stabilized, our medical coordination team organized an international medical es**rt operation.

Accompanied by an experienced physician and paramedic team, the patient was safely transferred on a scheduled commercial flight from Barcelona to Türkiye. Upon arrival, the patient was admitted to Acıbadem Bakırköy Hospital, where further examinations and specialized treatment are currently ongoing under the supervision of the cardiac team.

Following the examination and diagnostic assessments, it was determined that the patient had suffered traumatic injuries to the toes caused by a high-pressure water jet gun. Due to the severity of the injury, emergency surgical intervention was performed successfully.

After the operation, the patient received the necessary medical treatment and was kept under clinical observation. Following the completion of the treatment and recovery process, our patient was discharged in good condition.
