There were nights you thought would never end.
Moments where your chest felt tight, your mind raced, and your heart whispered, “I can’t do this anymore.”
You questioned yourself. You doubted your strength. You wondered how you would survive what life had placed in front of you.

But you did.

✨ You survived moments you once believed would break you.
✨ You adapted to pain you never thought you could carry.
✨ You found a way forward, even when you couldn’t see the road.

That’s something we often forget: you have a track record of surviving.
Every crisis that once felt permanent eventually loosened its grip.
Every storm that screamed “this is the end” quietly passed.

🌧️ At the time, the pain felt endless.
🌤️ Now, it’s either a distant memory or a lesson that shaped you.

This doesn’t mean what you’re facing now isn’t hard.
It doesn’t mean you shouldn’t feel tired, scared, or overwhelmed.

It simply means this: you are stronger than your current fear is telling you.

Right now, your mind may be magnifying the struggle, convincing you that this time is different, that this time you won’t make it through. But that voice has been wrong before.

💛 Trust yourself.
You’ve done hard things before.
You’ve survived days you never thought you would.
You’ve healed from wounds that once felt unbearable.

This moment is not your whole story.
It is just another chapter.

🌿 Breathe. Hold on gently. Take the next small step.
What feels permanent today will one day be something you look back on and say, “I got through that too.”

This, too, shall pass.

Mental health is not something that should be taken lightly. If you know someone who has ever threatened to harm themselves or take their own life, don't shrug it off, don't ignore it, don't take it as impossible, more importantly don't leave that person alone. I believe that with every su***de or self inflicted death committed, we failed that person. More often than not, there are always warning signs that people miss or don't take seriously - something that they said or did that went unnoticed. Usually by the time we realise what they were trying to tell us, it's too late and we're left to mourn them. It is my goal not to fail anyone else. Everytime I hear or read of another case, it saddens me to my core and I can't shake it for a while because I feel like we let them down. How long do we have to fail them before we get it right? On behalf of all of us, I'm sorry.

You never know what someone might be facing in private.

No matter how happy they seem, how loud their laughter is, or how bright their smile appears, they could still be experiencing deep emotional pain.

So, be kind. Even if others choose not to be.

I know it's been a minute since I've posted on here... actually the last time I did was the day my life changed... the day I heard those dreaded words... the day where not a lot made sense to me anymore. I just had nothing to say to inspire, to motivate, to help. Truth be told, it was mainly because I was in need of inspiration, motivation and help myself. It took a while to find these things, but I just wanted to say I'm still here.
Helping people is still my first love and if anyone needs someone, I am here.... to listen, to hold your hand, to be there. I know what it feels like to be in that position so this is why I started this page and do this. Feel free to reach out via msg or email and let's make this journey a bearable one together.

I know we're into the Christmas season now. Whilst this time can be filled with so much joy for some, for others, it can be really difficult; a reminder of painful memories, of loved ones who have gone, past hurts and disappointments. Let us try to hold space for these people in our minds and hearts, to let them know they are not alone.

If this is you this season and you're having a rough time, feel free to reach out. I am here for you to listen, to hold your hand through the dark times or to sit with you until the season is over and a new season begins.
