☀️ THE HEAT IS REAL — KNOW THE SIGNS.
In our tropical climate, heat-related illness can happen quickly. But heat exhaustion and heat stroke are not the same, and knowing the difference matters.
💧 Heat exhaustion is a warning that your body is struggling to cope with the heat.
🚨 Heat stroke is a medical emergency and requires immediate action.
Stay hydrated, take breaks from the heat, seek shade or a cooler environment, and pay attention to what your body is telling you.
And remember — you don't have to wait until you feel unwell to start taking care of yourself.
🌿 Your wellness matters.
