One of the sweetest parts of OB care is watching the journey come full circle. From caring for mommy during pregnancy, to delivering her little one, and now seeing her walk back in to say hello to Dr. Boxill. 🩺💗

As breastfeeding week 2026 comes to a close we celebrated with a very informative Breastfeeding session. Consistent support for breastfeeding is such an important part of the 4th trimester. We believe in holistic and comprehensive Obstetric care and today’s event lived up to that ideal. Our moms and dads laughed and learned a lot. STAY TUNED for all the details.

The summer heat can take a toll on your body, so here are a few simple ways to stay healthy and comfortable:

💧 Stay hydrated – Drink plenty of water throughout the day to prevent dehydration and support your overall health.

🩷 Carry condoms – Be prepared and protect yourself. Safe s*x is always in season.

👟 Wear comfortable shoes – Long days on your feet can lead to swelling and discomfort. Choose supportive footwear whenever possible.

🦵 Consider compression stockings – If you’re standing or sitting for long periods, compression stockings can help improve circulation and reduce leg swelling.
