施羅特(Schroth)脊椎側彎運動方法 (六)
Schroth科學化的研究證據
脊椎側彎運動治療共有七大派系(Schroth method、Lyon approach、SEAS、BSPTS、Dobomed method、Side shift、FITS),Schroth方法是所有運動派系中,研究最多的一種,應用最廣泛。1995年至2008年,Asklepios Katharina Schroth復健中心的主任Hans Weiss博士和巴塞羅那脊柱側彎物理治療學校(BSPTS)主任Manuel Rigo博士撰寫了大量研究報告。他們的研究結果,Schroth方法針對側彎患者有著卓越的成果,其中研究報告指出Schroth方法可以使患者的呼吸功能提高、降低疼痛指數、提高生活品質、減緩側彎惡化的速度、改善Cobb角度以及降低手術的發生率。
Kuru等人最近的一項研究表明,Schroth在監督下的診所進行的練習僅優於家庭鍛煉計劃,結果顯示Cobb角,生活質量和軀幹旋轉顯著改善。Schriber等人的一項研究證實,與對照組相比,Schroth運動組患者的自我形象和生活質量得到改善。Schroth原理和BSPTS協議的另一項研究表明,矢狀平面和冠狀平面的不對稱性和脊椎的不平衡均有所改善。Schroth方法已被證明對特發性脊椎側彎的Cobb角度、肺活量和姿勢矯正產生正向改善。此外,保守治療脊柱側凸的方法不應排除脊柱側彎運動治療,因為它們可為患者提供一種可行的保守治療方案。
