SomatoEmotional Release 1 ~
有人重新理解了什麼是「愛」;
有人開始學習如何說「不」、如何拒絕;

As the familiar and joyful melody of the classic children’s song “The Hokey Pokey” began to play, everyone started moving and dancing together. With laughter, dancing, and cheers, we brought these four meaningful and beautiful days to a joyful and lively close. ✨
SER1 | SomatoEmotional Release 1 has officially come to a close!
Over these four days, we learned much more than techniques and knowledge. We practiced listening to the language of the body and connecting with our inner wisdom, allowing a dialogue with the body to unfold through both conscious and non-conscious levels.
Through this process, we learned how to support our clients in seeing and understanding themselves more deeply, gradually moving toward the source of what they are experiencing. As the body begins to open layer by layer, the parts of ourselves that may have felt trapped in certain patterns can begin to discover something new — that there can be another choice.
Some rediscovered what “love” means to them.
Some learned that they are allowed to say “no” and set boundaries.
Others discovered an entire universe within themselves and began to reconnect with who they truly are.
Perhaps one of the most beautiful parts of these four days was that no matter where each person was in their own process, the entire group created a space of mutual support, presence, companionship, and growth.
Rather than rushing to find answers for another person, we learned to be present, to listen, and to trust that each person’s body and inner wisdom can reveal its own direction.
Perhaps this is the beauty and magic of SomatoEmotional Release. 🌿
Our deepest gratitude goes to Chas Perry for traveling such a long way to Taiwan and generously sharing his years of experience, wisdom, and the spirit of SER with all of us.
Thank you, Chas, for your thoughtful guidance throughout these four days. Through every practice, conversation, and experience, you helped us deepen not only our understanding of SER, but also our understanding of ourselves and how we can be present with another person.
And thank you to every student who joined this journey — for your openness, your sharing, your listening, and your willingness to support one another throughout each individual process.
Although these four days have come to an end, we believe that what we have learned and experienced through SER will continue to stay within our bodies, our hands, and our hearts, accompanying us into every future encounter.
And finally, as “The Hokey Pokey” played, we came back to our bodies once more — moving, laughing, dancing, and celebrating together, carrying the memories and meaning of these four days with us.
Thank you, Chas.
Thank you to everyone who was part of this beautiful journey.
Until we meet again! 🌿
