❓ Does a high PSA always mean prostate cancer? Not necessarily — and here’s why 👀 PSA can increase for many non-cancer reasons:

✔ Enlarged prostate (BPH)
✔ Prostate inflammation or infection
✔ Recent exercise, ej*******on, or prostate stimulation
✔ Only a portion is related to cancer

👉 A high PSA = a signal to get checked, not an automatic diagnosis.

Doctors will evaluate using ultrasound, DRE, MRI, and only perform a biopsy if necessary.
