🌿 【A Sanctuary Without Borders】
Letting Go of the Past Under the Blessing of Nature
At Chaochao Wo, healing knows no borders. ✨
Whenever international friends journey into our forest, the sanctuary naturally transforms into a warm, global village. We fluidly adapt to the language needs of the group:
When we have more international guests, we host in English with Mandarin translation.
When local guests form the majority, we host in Mandarin with English translation.
What touches our hearts the most is how everyone here naturally extends an open hand, eager to practice a beautiful kind of grass-roots diplomacy by helping each other translate. This beautiful exchange, which breaks all language barriers, fills the entire forest with harmony and immense gratitude. 🫶
▎Letting go of the past is never easy, but we have each other—and the power of Mother Earth.
We all know that truly "letting go" can be a challenging emotional journey. But at Chaochao Wo, you never have to carry that weight alone. We align with the natural elements, using ancient remedies to gently clear out space within your body and soul:
💨 The Flow of Air: Through Purification Breathwork and the Wim Hof Method, we exhale the heavy, stagnant energy and inhale pure clarity.
💧 The Washing of Water: A daily 40-minute forest herbal bath, sea salt herbal foot soaks, and resetting ice baths to deeply soothe and calm the nervous system.
🌱 The Nourishment of Earth: Cultivating mindfulness through gentle yoga stretches, paired with sattvic energetic meals, herbal detox protocols, vitamin nourishment, and deep juice cleanses to purify the digestive system and blood vessels.
🔥 The Rebirth of Fire: A sacred Fire Purification Ritual held at our Thunderbird Healing Sanctuary. Under the profound blessings of the universe and Mother Earth, we surrender what no longer serves us to the flames and step gracefully into a brand-new life.
Here, we use all of our senses to practice the art of letting go and restarting.
Thank you to every beautiful soul who comes to Chaochao Wo, looking out for one another and filling this space with care.
Gratitude and blessings have truly woven themselves into the fabric of our lives.
