《4 週瑜伽計劃》以「肌耐力 × 柔軟度 × 平衡力」為主軸,帶你在安全、循序的節奏裡建立力量,同時把長期累積的緊繃慢慢放下。
這 4 週,你會逐漸感覺到:身體更有底、也更願意放鬆。不是只追求「撐過去」,而是學會找得到出力的位置;站得住、撐得久,動作更有掌控感。
每週都有明確主題:
1)核心力量:強化腹部、下背部與骨盆底肌群,提升日常舒適度
2)平衡與穩定:提升靈活度與肌耐力,讓身體更安定
3)基礎後彎:逐步打開胸腔,減少腰背代償與壓力
4)陰陽流暢瑜伽:動態訓練結合深層放鬆,促進修復與心理安定

Sometimes what your body needs isn’t more pushing—it’s steadier strength and more space to breathe.
That’s why we created a **4-week yoga plan** built around **muscle endurance × flexibility × balance**. In a safe, progressive rhythm, you’ll learn how to get stronger without forcing, while gradually letting go of the tension you’ve carried for a long time.
Over these four weeks, you’ll start to feel more **supported** in your body—and also more **at ease**. This isn’t about “holding on” through discomfort. Instead, you’ll learn where your strength actually comes from: stand taller, hold longer with better control, and move with more awareness. With time, your practice becomes less about effort and more about stability.
Each week has a clear focus:
1) **Core Conditioning**: strengthen abdominals, lower back, and pelvic floor for better comfort and performance in daily life.
2) **Yoga Balance & Stability**: build stability and balance, enhance flexibility, and increase strength endurance.
3) **Backbend Basics**: progressive heart-opening with a stronger back and core to reduce lower-back strain and compensation.
4) **Yin Yang Vinyasa Yoga**: dynamic practice paired with deep relaxation—so your body can recover and your mind can settle.
What you’ll feel after class matters. You’ll leave with a calmer body and a quieter mind—like tension is finally placed back where it belongs. The goal is to help you build a body that feels steady, spacious, and trustworthy.
