【臺泰交流・走進精神醫療｜泰國法政大學學生參訪三總北投分院】🇹🇼🇹🇭
為促進國際醫療交流與專業學習，三軍總醫院北投分院8/10接待泰國法政大學（Thammasat University）護理學生參訪，帶領同學走進精神專科醫療場域，深入認識臺灣精神醫療的照護模式與跨專業團隊合作。
此次參訪由醫師、護理師及職能治療師共同進行專業介紹與交流，從不同專業角度帶領學生認識精神疾病患者從急性期治療、住院照護、復健訓練，到社區生活與重返社會的完整照護歷程。
👨⚕️ 醫師分享精神疾病的臨床診療與急性期治療，讓同學了解精神醫療不僅著重疾病控制，更重視患者整體身心健康與後續復元。
👩⚕️ 護理師介紹精神科護理照護、病人安全及日常生活照顧，透過臨床實務讓同學看見護理人員如何陪伴患者度過疾病不同階段，建立信任關係並提供持續性的支持。
🧩 職能治療師則從復健與功能恢復的角度，介紹如何透過活動訓練、生活技能與社會參與，協助患者逐步恢復生活能力，並為未來回歸家庭與社區做好準備。
從「醫院」走向「社區」，精神醫療的照護並不是疾病治療結束就畫下句點，而是透過醫療、護理、職能治療及其他專業團隊的合作，陪伴患者一步一步走向復元與社區生活。
🌏 此次交流不只是一次參訪，更是一場跨國、跨專業的學習與對話。透過臺泰學生彼此交流，讓國際學生深入了解臺灣精神專科醫院的照護特色，也讓我們在不同文化與醫療經驗的交流中，看見更多精神健康照護的可能性。

【Taiwan–Thailand Exchange | Thammasat University Nursing Students Visit Tri-Service General Hospital Beitou Branch】🇹🇼🇹🇭
To promote international healthcare exchange and professional learning, Tri-Service General Hospital Beitou Branch welcomed nursing students from
Thammasat University, Thailand, on August 10for a visit to our psychiatric specialty hospital. The visit provided students with an in-depth understanding of Taiwan’s mental healthcare model and interdisciplinary team-based care.
The program featured professional presentations and discussions led by psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses, and occupational therapists. Through the perspectives of different healthcare disciplines, students learned about the comprehensive continuum of psychiatric care—from acute treatment and inpatient care to rehabilitation, community living, and successful reintegration into society.
👨⚕️ Psychiatrists shared insights into the clinical assessment and treatment of mental illnesses during the acute phase, helping students understand that psychiatric care extends beyond symptom management to emphasize patients' overall well-being and long-term recovery.
👩⚕️ Psychiatric nurses introduced psychiatric nursing care, patient safety, and daily life support. Through clinical practice examples, students learned how nurses accompany patients through different stages of recovery, build trusting relationships, and provide continuous support.
🧩 Occupational therapists presented the role of rehabilitation and functional recovery, explaining how therapeutic activities, life skills training, and community participation help patients gradually regain independence and prepare for returning to their families and communities.
From the hospital to the community, psychiatric care does not end when treatment is completed. Instead, through collaboration among physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, patients are supported every step of the way on their journey toward recovery and community reintegration.
🌏 This exchange was more than just a visit—it was a valuable opportunity for cross-cultural and interdisciplinary learning. Through interactions between Taiwanese and Thai students, our international guests gained a deeper understanding of the unique features of Taiwan’s psychiatric healthcare system, while we also discovered new possibilities for mental health care through the sharing of diverse cultural perspectives and clinical experiences.
